On the nature-rich Boschetto headland, at the tip of the upper part of the lake. With a view of the lake and the surrounding mountain scenery. On the headland are holiday and residential houses, a small campsite and two good fish restaurants in the vicinity. Unspoilt nature all around. The terrace is a wonderful living area with a cosy dining table group and deck chairs due to the partial roofing. The garden with palm trees, cherry laurel hedge and southern plantings offers plenty of space for ball games. You have sun all day long. On balmy summer evenings, the barbecue area with brick table offers nice opportunities for cosy get-togethers.
From the parking space to the house entrance: 6 steps.

A large sandy and meadowy beach with a jetty and surf stand is about 100 m away and a small sandy beach about 50 m away. Both beaches inspire with a wide view to the south of the lake.

The sunflower gave the holiday home Girasole its name: beautiful sunflower motifs, friendly colours and cosy, light real wood furniture as well as tiled floors in different colours create comfort and a feel-good atmosphere.

Via the large partly covered sun terrace (approx. 45 sqm) you enter the large bright living area with cosy couch area.
In L-shape is the kitchen and dining area with dining table facing the lake.
From the living room you enter the sleeping areas via a small hallway:
- a large double bedroom with wash area   
- a smaller double room
- a twin room with beds that can be put together;

bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC, guest WC. 

This holiday home offers versatile leisure and recreational value.
Almost all water and mountain sports can be started from here. For families with small or big children, a leisure oasis with lots of nature all around. The wind-protected sun terrace is a wonderfully warm place to sunbathe in the early and late seasons.
For holidays with friends, there is Casa Bassotta about 70 m away.

Parking spaces in the property, access via a wrought-iron gate. Garage for small vehicles and sports.
Boats brought along can be deposited and launched on the shared lake property on a trailer brought along or moored on the river side on the sandy beach shore or moored at the jetty in Gera Lario harbour - all on request.

- Pet €6 per night
- Arrival on Sunday on request €50

The following costs must be paid on site:
- Heating according to consumption, only when used
- Tourist tax €1 per person/day from 10 years of age from March to October

A security deposit of €200.00 in cash is required upon arrival. The deposit will be returned to you upon departure.
