Welcome to your next lake escape! This private waterfront home at Rough River Lake offers the perfect blend of comfort, space, and easy lake access—ideal for family getaways, fishing trips, or a relaxing work retreat.



This 1.5-story home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests in beds and features a unique layout that gives everyone room to spread out:



Main Level: Spacious primary bedroom with a queen bed and attached full bath

Loft: Two full-size beds—perfect for kids or additional guests

Private Bedroom: A separate third bedroom with a king bed, accessed by stepping outside and down a few stairs—great for added privacy

Please Note: This home features a unique open-air concept layout designed for families and groups. The main-level queen bedroom and loft are separate but have no bedroom doors. The bathrooms do offer great private space for changing and getting ready.

The king bedroom is accessed from outside the main house. Guests in the King Bedroom would use one of the bathrooms located in the main house.



The fully remodeled kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook and gather, making meals easy whether you're here for a weekend or an extended stay. Seating for 6 in the sunroom overlooking the gorgeous lake view.



Enjoy two large living room spaces, giving your group plenty of room to relax, watch TV, or unwind after a day on the lake.



Step outside and take in the best of lake living:

A spacious deck with seating and a grill for outdoor dining

A private path to the water, with a gentle shoreline that’s perfect for swimming

A fire pit area below the home for evening gatherings under the stars



This property offers plenty of parking and is easy to access with a boat. The Northfork and Axtel Boat Ramps are both just minutes away, making launching quick and convenient.



While the home does have a dock, dock use is not permitted for renters per COE regulations—but feel free to enjoy the easy shoreline for swimming, sunning and fishing.

Guest Access:

Guest access is keyless. Entry code is provided prior to check-in.



The Neighborhood:

Located in a quiet residential neighborhood and has lots of privacy.



Getting Around:

Conveniently located just minutes from boat ramps, making it easy to get out on the water. The public beach at Laurel Branch Campground is only a quick 3-minute drive. You’ll also find marinas, dining, and shopping close by—just reach out if you’d like directions or local recommendations.



Other Things to Note:

We've stocked the home with thoughtful amenities to help you settle in and enjoy your stay. Fresh bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, and complimentary bath essentials—including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash—are provided for your convenience.



Start your morning with a fresh cup of coffee using the provided ground coffee or K-Cups, along with sugar and creamer.



Step outside onto the deck to relax in the outdoor seating area, fire up the propane grill, and enjoy the peaceful surroundings.



For even more fun on the water, inflatable paddle boards are available to rent for an additional fee. Please let us know if you'd like to add them to your stay, and we'll have them ready for your adventure!
