You’ll be staying in a 2-room apartment measuring approximately 41 m² on the 4th floor. Entryway with a bench and coat rack, living room with a sleeper sofa and a flat-screen cable TV, stereo system, and Blu-ray player; a separate dining area; a fully equipped kitchen area with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and microwave with oven function; a bedroom with a double bed, a second flat-screen TV, modern bathroom with shower/toilet, and a covered, south-facing balcony. The apartment also features a large storage room. Free parking available in front of the parking deck.

Washing machines and dryers are located on the 4th floor on the right; one load costs €3 and must be paid with 6 x €0.50 coins.
