We are pet friendly WITH PRIOR APPROVAL, and there is a $150/dog pet fee. You can add or remove pets from your reservation at any point prior to your stay.

There is an extra guest fee charged for groups over 8 guests, an additional fee of $20/person/night will be charged. You may update your guest count at any point, we understand that group numbers can easily change. This fee is included with your total if you indicate the correct group size on your reservation.

We require that you sign a rental agreement, and we also hold a $500 security deposit during your stay. Rental agreement must be signed within 48 hours of booking.
