The vacation resort is surrounded by palm trees on a hill with a picturesque view of Samaná Bay in the traditional village of Loma de la Piña.<br>Samaná Bay is regularly visited by humpback whales during the mating season (December through March). From the resort, you can watch the whales’ fascinating breaches. <br>The vacation homes are located on a spacious, fenced-in, and guarded property surrounded by nature. Lizards, hummingbirds, geckos, and other exotic animals can occasionally be spotted here. <br>Due to the resort’s geographical location on a hill, there are very few mosquitoes, and the climate is pleasant with a light breeze. As a result, air conditioning isn’t necessary in the houses. <br>A breathtaking sunrise, the lush green surroundings, and a relaxing breakfast with a view of the ocean will quickly make you forget the stresses of everyday life.<br><br>Samaná offers crystal-clear waters, palm-fringed beaches, plenty of sunshine, friendly people, fresh fruit, and traditional cuisine. The nearest beach is a 15-minute walk or a 5-minute drive away. Additionally, recreational activities such as zip-lining, scuba diving, deep-sea fishing, hiking, and rock climbing are available in the surrounding area. Perfect conditions for a dream vacation! The town of Samaná is about 25 km away, and the village of Las Galeras is 15 km away. <br>You can also book whale-watching tours right in town. Excursions with the local tour operator can be arranged on-site by the property owner. The property is managed either directly by me or, when I am traveling, by my friendly staff.
