The 69 m² end-of-row house spans two levels

On the first level, the living area features a seating area with a TV, DVD player, and a dining table for four people, inviting you to relax.
The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, range hood, and dishwasher.
A guest restroom and a separate entryway closet area are also located on the first floor.
From the living room, you can access the furnished terrace.

On the second level, there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub, sink, toilet, and washing machine.
One bedroom features a box-spring bed (2 mattresses, each 90 x 200), while the second bedroom is furnished with 2 single beds.

Children under 3 years of age may stay free of charge upon request.

The fenced-in grounds feature a swimming pool that can be used daily, free of charge, and year-round.
The sauna is available for a fee by prior arrangement.

The vacation park is located on the edge of a nature reserve and is idyllically and quietly situated at the edge of the forest.

Children can play and run around to their heart’s content on a large meadow.
In addition to a soccer field with goals, they have access to a wide variety of play equipment, such as a climbing frame with a slide, swings, a sandbox, a merry-go-round, a seesaw, a ping-pong table, and a real ship.

The newly opened “Waldhaus” restaurant, with seating for 35, offers delicious meals. Here you can enjoy Nordic-Bavarian cuisine.

BiIt’s just a 15-minute walk to the fine sandy beach or to the town center.

Since 2024, there have been 2 charging stations, each with 2 charging ports (max. 22 kW), in the vacation park’s outdoor parking lot.
