WILDFLOWER 55 - This spacious single-level condo is perfect for small families. With its one bedroom and sleeper sofa, it can accommodate up to four people. It has everything you want for a Mammoth vacation from a cozy wood-burning fireplace to a convenient downtown location.

The property is within walking distance of many of the best spots in downtown Mammoth, including a movie theater, retail shopping, tasty eateries, and a grocery store. If you're not in the mood to walk, simply hop on the Green Line Shuttle, which is easy to access.

This property is outfitted with cabin-style decor for a comfortable stay. The open living room has a plush sofa, a flatscreen television, and a DVD player. The adjacent kitchen is equipped with new appliances that make meal preparation simple.

The bedroom, which is located off the entry area, has a roomy king-size bed and a large flatscreen television. Other guests can have a good night's rest on the sleeper sofa in the living room. When it's time to do your laundry, simply use the on-site washer and dryer.

Nice condo albeit has some issues

The condo is nice and fits the description but there were numerous issues that left us frustrated with our stay. A bit pricey given our struggles without adequate resolution. Here's a list: 1) we received a check-in email. The wifi id and code were wrong so we didn't have wifi for two days. Couldnt reach prop mgr (PM) and had several emails, texts and phone numbers in contact with us but we were unsure who was who, owners, PMs, customer service, was too much and hard to keep track. 2) several heating systems simultaneously in place. Unclear which thermostat to use. by day-2, we used the portable heater, since 3 thermostats weren't working nor the ancient wall heater. Called maintenance to address on day 2. 3) We had a blackout. All lights in bathroom for first 24-hrs. went dark. We contacted PM but slow to address. We had to shower, groom and use toilet in the dark the first night, morning before skiing and were told maintenance would come. Lights weren't fixed until we returned from skiing day-2 after 5pm. Very inconvenient, slow to fix and still a mystery what occurred despite our inquiries. Real disappointment! 4) sofa bed sheets were unchanged upon arrival. Dirty from small debris and ruffling. Not ok, we changed sheet. No cleaning people to address despite notifying PM. The sofa bed is very uncomfortable to sleep, can feel the springs in thin mattress. 5) some kitchen areas were unclean, some food particles in refrigerator cooling drawer & needed to rewash some dishware 6) no hot water on days-2 & 3! After the blackout on day-1 and inability to get help from the PM, we scrambled to find the fuse box the first night. We reset all the fuses, still no luck. On the evening of day-2, the hot water dissipated. Two of us had to shower with cold water, and there was no hot water anywhere. Checked pilot on water heater, other faucets, no luck. There must've been +6 different contact numers, cells, 800-number, emails and it was unclear who was in charge. Sent a maintenance tech during our dinner to troubleshoot. He was polite and apologetic but could not help us figure out what happened, nor confirm if anyone ever came to fix the bathroom lights that triggered some other problem with the fusebox. Too much disruption and frustration to feel like a leisure trip to the mountains. 7) Garbage - we couldn't find where to empty trash, so left by recycling dumpster which was not great given concerns about bears. there were other issues, but these are the big ones. I spent too much time addressing problems and several still a mystery. We ended up finding the modem to use another wifi connection that had nothing to do with the check-in list but I spent the weekend using my personal hotspot and incurring the cost and downtime to troubleshoot something that should not be my obligation. We are not happy customers!

I see that our maintenance techs were able to visit the home and resolve the heating and electricity issues as well as advise on the hot water situation. We value cleanliness and safety very highly and are disappointed that your rental home did not reflect these values. We're happy that we could get many issues resolved during your stay and that you have been refunded for the complications you experienced. We do hope to impress you on a future stay!

I would stay there again.

Very comfortable, loved the fireplace. The unit is cozy and roomy. Everything you need is there including a washer and dryer. Great location, would recommend to a friend.

Perfect Condo for access to the mountain

It was extremely clean and in a perfect location. Will stay here again. Fit 4 grown men comfortably with all of our gear.

Excellent “Cabin” and great location!

This property is quaint, quiet and in a great location. The property itself was very nice, well appointed and comfortable. Only one minor wish would be to have a light over the sink, so you could see what you are doing a little easier, at night.

Nice little Retreat

Great little retreat. It's spacious enough for our little family. My daughter who's 2 years old had enough room to roam around the house. The place is well kept and had a cozy cabin feeling. Awesome service by the office team which made checking in very easy. My family and I are planning another trip.

Very clean. Well equipped kitchen. The pullout part of the couch is not suitable for humans, but one person can sleep on the couch as is.

Nice condo, well equipped kitchen, very clean. The king mattress in the bedroom is great, whereas the pull-out couch bed is so bad it's impossible to sleep on. Think 70's: You feel every wire of the flimsy grid, and it's so saggy that you roll towards the middle. Two family members had to sleep on the floor instead. Five stars if the pull-out was decent.

Great Condo and Ammenities

Very clean and well appointed. Close to town and stores. Only complaint is the trash truck on Tuesday morning came at 430am. Then it came back at 600am and was emptying more dumpsters until 630am. Needless to say, we didn't sleep well that night.

Nice place to stay.

Cute and nicely maintained. Well equipped place to cook in if you wish, or close to many restaurants if you don't. Laundry in unit very convenient. Close enough to visit the east side of Yosemite during the day or several hiking areas in Mammoth area.

wonderful unit!

This is a wonderful unit. Very clean, nicely decorated, comfy and well supplied kitchen, great location in the complex and you can walk/bike to town. The rental company left a few extra supplies like dish soap and paper towels, even the bath towels were folded like on a cruise ship. Our cable wasn't working right away and the sight manager was quick to resolve. We'll be back for sure.
