Vacation home in Krummin with sauna and hot tub

We completely renovated our vacation home, “Leuchtturm,” from 2020 to 2022. Since we spent our vacations here ourselves as children and later with our own children, the top priority during the renovation was:<br><br> “What would we love to have if we were vacationing here ourselves!”<br><br>For this reason, we placed special emphasis on details, comfort, and quality when furnishing the home. <br>The 60-square-meter “Leuchtturm” vacation home is built in a bungalow style and is located on a separate, enclosed 1,000-square-meter lot at the entrance to Krummin on Usedom.<br><br>The vacation home sleeps 4 people and offers space for an extra bed for a child, as well as a bathroom with a shower.<br>The heart of the vacation home is the cozy, modern kitchen-living area. Adjacent to it is a spacious open living area with a large sofa and a suspended fireplace.<br>The light-filled sunroom features a dining table for 6 people.<br>Underfloor heating is installed throughout the house, ensuring pleasant temperatures even in winter.<br><br>COOKING & ENJOYING<br>The high-quality kitchen appliances will delight any cook. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee makers (filter and Nespresso), electric kettle, toaster, and a full set of dishes. The kitchen island with an induction cooktop is perfect for cozy evenings spent cooking together while enjoying the view of the fireplace. Thanks to the built-in ventilation system, cooking fumes and odors are extracted right where they’re produced, preventing them from rising into the room.<br><br>COMMON AREA<br>The spacious and open living area invites you to relax on the sofa or in an armchair in front of the fireplace. Watch a movie on one of the three TVs in the house or gaze at the flames of the fire.<br>In the evening, the fold-out sofa serves as a sleeping area for 2 people. <br>In the sunroom, up to 6 people can sit at the large, high-quality wooden table. After dinner, the area can also be used for watching TV or as a quiet retreat for reading or a game night.<br><br>PURE RELAXATION<br>As a highlight of your stay at the “Leuchtturm” vacation home, a large barrel sauna—already infused with essential oils—is available to you for the entire duration of your stay. Or you might opt for a bath under the starry sky on “Sonneninsel-Usedom”.<br>In addition to the sauna, we’ve had a heated “hot tub” built for our guests that can accommodate up to 4 people. Start with an intense sauna session, cool off under the outdoor shower, and then relax with a cocktail in the warm hot tub—all completely to yourself.<br>After pampering your body, you can relax on the terrace or read a book on the handcrafted wooden bench in a maritime style, which is illuminated even at night. Or you can head back inside, sit by the hanging fireplace where the fire is already crackling, gaze out through the vacation home’s large glass facade, and reflect on the day over a glass of wine.<br><br>OUTDOOR AREAS<br>The garden features a barbecue area, and you can wind down at the end of the day while watching the sunset from the cozy, custom-made reading bench.<br><br>The large garden features a custom-built wooden climbing and play ship, a ping-pong table, and plenty of options for ball games, so there’s something for everyone, regardless of age or interest. We can also provide you with 4 bicycles and a child trailer for the duration of your stay.<br><br>Our bungalow is located on a completely enclosed private property. Two parking spaces are available for you directly on the property. An electric charging station is also available for your use.<br><br>PEACE AND QUIET IN THE GARDEN<br>Two terraces (covered and open) are at your disposal, directly adjoining the living area. Outdoor furniture and a parasol are provided here. Thanks to the covered terrace area, you can enjoy the fresh air even when it rains or during the warm midday sun.<br><br>Next to the covered terrace area is the entrance to an utility room, where a high-quality Miele washing machine and a Miele dryer are at your disposal.<
