The chalet, which is currently undergoing renovations, is located on a quiet side street and offers plenty of space for up to 6 people. After a long day at the beach or exploring the island, you can relax in the 800-square-meter garden with a pool and several beautiful, partly covered terraces, or in the cozy living room with a novel or a good movie (satellite TV and Wi-Fi available). The kitchen is fully and functionally equipped. From the dishwasher to the coffee maker, everything is provided to make your stay more enjoyable. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is fully equipped with bed linens, towels, and beach towels.
Layout of the bedrooms and bathrooms:
- 2 bedrooms and a shower room are located on the upper floor
- On the first floor, there is another bedroom and a shower room, a kitchen with a dining area, a pantry, a laundry room, and the living room. Both the kitchen and living room have direct access to the terrace, where barbecue enthusiasts will find a charcoal grill and various seating options to wind down the evening with a cozy glass of wine as the sun sets.
The living area features a modern flat-screen TV with satellite connection, as well as Wi-Fi.
In front of the first bedroom on the upper floor is a small rooftop terrace with an enchanting view of the surrounding greenery.
The house is rented on a semi-annual basis and is equipped with air conditioning units (heating/cooling function).
Outdoor area: Two terraces, partially covered, with various seating options as well as 4 lounge chairs by the pool area.
