Enjoy your vacation right by the lake in the nature park, with its own beach and sunbathing area. 
Here at Mühlner Badesee, a fully equipped vacation home for 7 people awaits you, featuring 3 bedrooms, a kitchen (dishwasher, filter coffee maker, and Nespresso machine), and a cozy living room. On your private terrace, you’ll find an awning for shade, lounge chairs, a hammock, a wooden patio set, and a brick barbecue. Your private well is ready to provide cool drinks.
The vacation home is available for rent year-round!
To ensure comfortable warmth, the house is heated by a modern wood-chip heating system, and the photovoltaic system supplements the power supply.

Summer activities near the vacation home
From May through the end of September, you can take advantage of the amenities at the campground by the swimming lake:
We’ve been awarded the Austrian Hiking Seal of Quality and offer hikers top-notch service!
Herb garden, guided hikes, swimming, fishing, table tennis, volleyball, a large children’s playground, and children’s activities. During this time, the cozy inn with its sun terrace is also open.
Treat yourself to our breakfast pastry service, including homemade jams, organic honey, farm-fresh butter, organic eggs, and fresh bottled milk! Enjoy specialties featuring the farm’s own organic Zirbitz lamb, homemade platter snacks, soups, pizzas, barbecue evenings, and roast and kettle goulash nights. Homemade pastries, fine Styrian “HORNIG” coffee, and homemade herbal teas invite you to linger while reading the newspaper or enjoying a cozy chat. And when the weather is nice and warm, treat yourself to one of our ice cream sundaes, prepared with love.
In the hiking village of Mühlen, more than 100 km of marked hiking and biking trails await you. There’s also a store, a doctor with a pharmacy, a foot and nail care salon, a hair salon, and highly recommended inns!
Don’t miss the hiking trails—especially the Via Natura—and the attractions of the Zirbitzkogel–Grebenzen Nature Park (from the Steinschloss ruins to the NaturLese Museum)!

Winter Vacation
Enjoy the peace and quiet and the fresh air on long walks. The wonderful winter weather in all its glory! The panoramic view from the lake to the alpine pasture. Our house is cozy and warm thanks to our wood chip heating system. Looking for a romantic atmosphere? Then light the wood-burning fireplace in the living room and enjoy the warming dance of the flames through the glass.
Visit us at the sheep farm! You can admire our sheep and also buy a hearty snack.
In the nature park, you’ll find a ski lift at the Tonnerhütte, the Grebenzen family ski area with an FIS course, top-notch cross-country trails, ice skating on natural ponds, curling, ski touring, and snowshoeing, the Wildbad Thermal Spa, indoor golf, and alpine wellness at the Tonnerhütte.

On-site fees: An additional guest card fee is charged in the summer for the Murau Guest Card! Adults: 2.90–4.60 euros, children: 1.45–2.30 euros per night!! Dog per day: 10.00 euros; deposit per week: 200.00 euros; reservations are only binding once the deposit has been received. The Austrian Hotel Contract Terms and Conditions apply. Deposit details
