Wonderful unit great mountain views!!

This place was wonderful. Clean, spacious everything we could have asked for on a weekend getaway. Hot tubs were great, beds were great, wonderful large table to entertain. Front desk was very helpful as well. I would recommend this place for sure!

Great location!

The overall location was excellent, and an easy walk to the slops, or to the base of the mountain. The condo super cozy with easy to use gas logs, and a comfortable couch and chairs in the main area. The bedrooms also had really soft and comfortable beds, which was perfect after a day on the slopes.

Nice

We thought the place was nice, clean and convenient. Hot water was not working one morning but it was remedied quickly and fine later in the day. The place was really ski-in/walk out but it was a short walk (75 yard or so and it was not a problem). The front desk was very helpful. My only (minor) complaint was that the place was poorly stocked. When I've gone through VRBO before there are often some basic items on hand (i.e. a few spices, cooking oil, basic cleaning supplies, etc). The unit had none of that so we had to buy everything. it operated more like a hotel than your typical VRBO.

Cozy and convenient

Small but functional condo with a full size washer dryer in the unit. Beds were comfortable, kitchen amply supplied. Parking access was super convenient in building 3, but they should clarify that it's not a true ski-in/ski-out location. We could ski to the gondola with a little skating, but you'd have to huff and puff or take off your skis off and walk to ski in to building 3. Staff was super attentive and diligently worked to get Internet service to our unit after arriving to find the cable modem DOA. Kitchen badly needs new appliances, at least a new electric range, and bathrooms both could use some updating, shower doors instead of shower curtains would make them easier to clean. Finally, the condo faces the parking lot at eye level, which means no privacy and headlights occasionally shining in the windows.

Great access to slopes!

The location is good, a short walk to ski out and in from the 300 block parking lot. The condo has had some upgrades, was comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. The bedding and towels were of hotel standard. The front loading washer & dryer were good, and we used the grill which was also in good condition. Everything was clean but bathrooms are a little tired. The Vacasa shuttle worked well, taking us downtown and to restaurants. However it only drops/ pick up at the 100 building which was difficult when arriving back with lots of groceries. We had a great vacation and would definitely stay here again. Thank you

Great Location and Stay

Loved this unit. It’s on the top floor, so minimal noise from other guests. The doors / walls are thin, but the other guests in the building were courteous and quiet. The ski in/out is right off of Stampede under the gondola. The shuttle was very convenient, but the pick up is down the road at the 100 building which is not far at all. It takes 10-20 mins for the shuttle to pick you up if you aren’t just jumping in on the continuous loop to gondola square. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. Would definitely come back to this unit and recommend to others.

Disappointed

Condo is well located and well appointed but the stove AND refrigerator stopped working on 3rd day. I reported the issue 3 separate times and no one ever showed up to fix the issues.

Perfect spot

Very quiet and cozy spot. We went during the busyness of summer in July and never saw or heard our neighbors. Very nice and helpful front desk staff. The room is always so clean and functional. We stay here every summer for a couple years now and there’s never been one issue.

Great location to slopes!

We were able to ski from the parking lot down to the gondola. The condo was so quiet and relaxing! So clean and the kitchen had everything we needed! Griddle for pancakes, crockpot for soup, and we loved having the dish washer. Can’t wait to stay again!

Great location

Great location to get to and from the lifts. Front desk staff beyond helpful. Everything clean and cozy, but not a lot of extra space and small bathrooms. All worth it though for the great location. The advertisement for lift tickets is ONLY for three days of lift tickets, which was not stated anywhere before we booked and left us feeling very mislead and no one was willing to help make it right (vacasa or steamboat), so don’t fall into that trap if you’re skiing less than 3 days.

Property is not maintained

Loose tile in the kitchen floor. Wrong size pillowcases. Clothes washer did not work without holding the door. Roof leaks along outside wall and mold on the closet ceiling.

There is paint discoloration in the closet but no mold. Wonderful Unit Great Mountain View!

This place was wonderful. Clean, spacious everything we could have asked for on a weekend getaway. Hot tubs were great, beds were great, wonderful large table to entertain. Front desk was very helpful as well. I would recommend this place for sure!

Great stay for the price!

We enjoyed this condo for our Labor Day weekend. The queen bed had a little "sag" towards the middle, but everything else was very nice! Would stay here again!!
