With an open floor plan, a cozy living room with a fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, this Breckenridge condo has everything you'll need for an unforgettable Colorado vacation. After a day spent out on the slopes, you can take advantage of the community swimming pool and outdoor hot tubs, or simply sit back, relax, and have a movie night with your loved ones. In this perfect spot for a family or a small group of friends, you can swap stories of your daily adventures and plan even more excursions ahead as you unwind on the private porch.

This condo is located on the south end of Breckenridge's historic Main Street, providing you with easy access to a wealth of local favorites. You'll be a short bus ride or drive from the gondola, a five-minute walk from the Quicksilver Lift, and a 10-minute walk from shops, eateries, and museums. Enjoy a horse-pulled sleigh ride through the snow, try out snowshoeing, or take a scenic gondola ride up the mountain. Come summer, there's no shortage of hiking and biking trails, fishing streams, and concerts and festivals in the area.

THINGS TO KNOW
The pool/hot tub facility is off-site behind the building and does not allow parking, though it is within walking distance. The facility is closed from May 1 until Memorial Day, then remains open until October 1. It reopens again on November 10.

We walked to Breckenridge ski area. It was a 5-10 minute walk. Also an easy walk to town for shopping and foodComfortable and cozy. We enjoyed our stay

Perfect lodgings, easy parking included, short walk across parking lot to pool and hot tubs, easy walk to Quicksilver Chair and everything you'd need there to start a great day of skiing. Easy walk and pathway to Main Street. Perfect stay for small family with separate bathrooms.

Very clean! Great location! Can walk to Quicksilver lift in 5 minutes. 10 minute walk to shopping and restaurants. We needed more wash clothes and towels since there is no washer/dryer in the unit. We only had 4 wash clothes for 6 people. We had 8 towels but would be nice to have a few more for a weeks stay. Easy access to condo on bottom floor with only a few stairs. Close parking.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at this perfectly convenient location! Short walk to Main St., nice hot tubs and pool, comfy interior, and easy communication with property reps.

Great spot in Breck

Our family really enjoyed the stay here. The location is close to the main street area and Isak the Troll's section. The heated swimming pools were great for the kids once we returned and settled in for the day.

Great spot to enjoy the ski mountain!

Rooms were good sized and bathrooms well appointed. Kitchen had all the utensils we needed to cook meals in -- would say it was above average equipped. New hot tubs were very nice! Will look to stay here again!

Perfect location and unit for a girls weekend!

We loved this unit for two moms and our two college aged daughters. The unit was spotless. Our favorite part was the location because it was easily walkable to Main Street and everything we wanted to do. I would highly recommend and would be thrilled to stay here again.

Short Walk to Quicksilver Lift

Great hot tubs and short walk to Quicksilver. Fireplace was perfect to warm up gear and ourselves after skiing. Need to push start button only once or Fireplace will stop working!

Perfect location

We loved our stay in this condo. We had plenty of snow that allowed us to ski down to lift with a short walk over the bridge and ski all the way back to condo and just cross the road. We found a shortcut to get us to condo by the T- bar. Had everything we needed in the condo. Would highly recommend

Nice location, short walk to town and skiing

Overall it was a good roomy condo in a great location. We were missing sheets for the pullout bed and property management took 24 hours to bring them, then they were the wrong size. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay. Breckenridge is a great place to stay if you’re looking for a home base to ski nearby resorts. This condo is well stocked, beds are comfortable and there’s space for a family to spread out.

Lots of space. Close to town. Kitchen had every utensil you can think of. Super clean Stove fan didn't work. Door code was very difficult to figure out at times. Couldn't reach customer support.

Location, Location, Location

Great location. A few minute walk to downtown historic Breckenridge as well as a short walk or free shuttle hop to Beaver Run Quicksilver chair lift. Condo had all of the amenities we were able to make our meals easily. Only probably ran into was the fireplace was not operational when we arrived nor was the second bedroom baseboard heater so that room got quite cold the first night. We were able to locate a space heater and a technician came the second day to work on the fireplace. Overall great stay, we were able to enjoy the outdoor hot tub and pool as well.

Great Space But Watch the Check Out Process

Clean, updated, good location, all as expected but watch that early checkout. Most places have a 11:00 checkout but this is 10:00. Got caught in a traffic jam road closure downtown and was 15 minutes late. 15% pentaly of total bill

Great Location

We had a great stay at the Mother Lode C1. With a ten minute walk to main street, the location couldn't have been better. There was also a trolly stop close by. We enjoyed the heated pool and 4 hot tubs that were very close to the building. The only complaint, was that they only stay open until 8pm! The unit itself was very spacious and clean. If you are planning on cooking as we did, be aware that there is only one very small baking dish. You have to be creative if you are planning on using the oven. As mentioned before, the bathrooms have been nicely remodeled. Check out was a breeze. Would definitely stay again!

Breck condo

Fireplace and television did not work. Needed to call maintenance and took a day to come to fix. Sergio was great though. Would have been nice to have at least coffee provided and there is only 1 wine glass and the coffee cups had chips.

Good Value

Condo is fine. Location is great. It was an easy walk to the mountain or to town. Kitchen is fairly well-equipped and there were some basic spices, but bring your own supplies if you plan to cook. There is a drip coffee maker but there were no filters :-/ We left some for future renters. The bathrooms have been updated, which was nice, but one shower drain needs attention. Beds are soft, but fairly comfortable. The bedding could be updated. We noticed a trundle under one bed and an air mattress in the closet - didn't use either, but could come in handy for those in need of extra beds. I would stay here again if I was looking for a bargain (relatively speaking for Breck) for a couple of nights.

Disappointing

Took us over an hour to figure out how to get inside and then we finally got a hold of Sergio, he came and helped us. About an hour later we decided to start a fire which then turned into a smoke infested Condo. Sergio came back and determined that the fan/chute was not working and there was no ventilation. He also said we would be getting a full refund.

Very Spartan

Close to Breck Quicksilver chairlift. Fireplace was difficult to work. No instructions. Six lightbulbs were out, so the living space was very dark and hard to perform work. Clock didn't work. Tea kettle was broken and dangerous. The smoke detector in te living area was apparently removed and not replaced, which we only realized on last day when the smoke alarm in far bedroom went off while cooking bacon. On a positive- the place was generally very clean. It's obviously a work in progress as the bathrooms were recently renovated and very nice. Service response was also prompt and eventually effective. But teh cleaning people should have realized four out of five lights were out. and the closc battery was dead. Not critical but just annoying. How could they see to clean anything? Numerous pieces of furniture need tightening and are on the verge of falling apart. Ask your people to sit on teh furniture, and if it needs a tightening of a score, then do it. Takes 30 seconds.

The condo was perfectly nestled into the hill side with a quick walk to the chair lift. The amenities and space were great for 2 couples to share.
