Bring your food with you, it's a long way to town and milk from the convenience store is 10.00 a gallon. There is a large cooler in the front closet to use to go to the store. This condo is a very short walk to get on the lift. The hot tub was nice and convenient. We loved exploring in town. Honeyville should not be missed.

Perfect spot

Great location for us to snowboard for a few days! Easy to get to. The fireplace is amazing!

Great place for a great price!

My family stayed at this condo for spring break. It is right on the Columbine run and it was easy to ski in and ski out. We will for sure be staying here again!

We loved this location for the mountain. A special little gem! Highly recommended for ski days.

Fun get away

I loved being able to look out the balcony and view the mountain range and all the beautiful flowers. We were disappointed on how dirty the hot tub area and the hot tub itself were and not able to use it.

Great weekend of skiing.

Very disappointed that hot tub was not available and we were not told that beforehand so that we could have made other arrangements.

Perfect location for ski in/out

This property is a bit dated but we found the location super convenient for our 3-days of skiing/snowboarding. It was just me and husband so perfectly cozy. Loved the wood-burning fireplace and that we each had our own bathroom. Everything was clean and kitchen was well stocked enough for us to cook a few meals in the condo. Like many other reviewers commented, the hot tub was out of order while we were there, so if having one is a high priority, this might not be the spot for you. We'd definitely stay here again.

Great small gem

We love the location! If quiet is super important though, maybe not for you as it’s right on the graduate run and groomers go right by the condo. Doesn’t bother us. Nice and clean and so close to the 6 pack! Despite a new modem, WiFi connectivity continues to be sketchy.

I recieved an email over a week out that the laundry and hot tub was closing and would not be available for our stay. I called vacasa, the mgt company to ask to change units, as it looked like they had plenty of options available. Long story short 4 calls and promises not kept, they gave me a discount. The property was Very dated, Musty, im cool with a retro vibe, but this was just old. Positives: Space was large, view of mountains and short walk to base area. You had to enter a 9 digit code everytime you came into the unit? That was a pain!

Ski in/Ski out

The two of us had a great stay. We were looking for something clean and affordable with ski in/ski out access and we got exactly that. Good size for two adults, maybe the size of a hotel suite. The good: - We were able to walk 5 steps out the front door, strap our gear on and ski right onto the beginners area. From there, one short lift ride up and you're at the main Purgatory Express lift and the village. - Quick 5 minutes walk to the village shops and restaurants. - Condo was clean - Nice, hot showers - Cozy - Comfy enough beds The not-great: - 10 digit code to access the unit is difficult to remember and enter with cold fingers - Lighting is very dim - Living furniture (couch and chair) are worn out and not very comfortable. There is space for 3 people to sit. - The cookware is not in good order and should be replaced. I would not use the fry pans. None of this was a deal breaker for us as we were just looking for a clean place to rest after a day on the slopes. More supportive furniture would have been very nice to relax on after a long day. We didn't cook for this trip outside of heating food in the microwave and toast so we didn't necessarily need the kitchen. Purgy's also serves a good meal for dinner. If skiing, the location is totally worth accepting the "not-greats". I would not choose to stay here again if not for the ski in/out access or if there were more than two of us. - The living furniture is ve

Great value! Cozy & warm!

We loved the fireplace and could see the skiers on the lift right outside our window. We literately skied 40 ft from our door to the hill. Beds, showers, heaters & jacuzzi were great. Parking right outside our door. Very soundproof- never heard our neighbors. Probably 1960 decor but everything was great. Low lighting and next time I’ll probably bring a few extension cords.
