Make yourself at home in this modern Frisco retreat and bring the whole family along on a vacation they won't soon forget. From the elegant decor to the spacious balcony, this home offers charm and comfort that everyone will love. After everyone returns from a day of skiing on one of the nearby mountains, the full kitchen will come in handy to curb appetites. Boasting stainless steel appliances, a stylish tiled backsplash, and a gas range, the chef of the group will be able to show off their skills with ease and prepare anything from a quick snack to a four-course meal. Bring a glass of wine out to the balcony as the sun goes down and soak up the fresh air before heading inside for the night to doze off and recharge for another day of fun ahead!

When days come to a close, everyone will have their own spacious bedroom to hit the hay in. On the lower level, a master bedroom awaits with a plush king bed for two. The mid-level has the second master bedroom also boasting a king bed. Make your way upstairs and you will find two more bedrooms, both complete with a queen bed and a twin bunk set! With so much room to spread out, a total of 12 guests can be spoiled at this home away from home.

What's nearby:
Regardless of what time of year you visit, this beautiful Frisco home sits just a few blocks from Main Street where you can experience some of the best attractions in the area! In winter, head down to one of the world-renowned ski resorts such as Copper Mountain or Breckenridge Ski Resort which both sit within 10 miles of your front door. If downhill skiing isn't your sport, there are plenty of trailheads within a mile of home base to snowshoe or cross-country ski on as well. Come summer, guests can hike up Mt Royal and end with happy hour at 'tavern west'. Plus, when everyone works up an appetite, head over to one of the many local restaurants like The Lost Cajun or Vinny's Restaurant!

This property is a very nice townhome with modern finishes and comfortable sleeping/lounging areas. It was quite tidy and mostly well maintained. The only issue we had was not being able to use the front door lock. We just went through the garage, which was a slight inconvenience. Dillon Lake was super low this year on the Frisco side so we went over to the Dillon side for easier access. We would certainly stay here again! Frisco is a neat mountain town with good dining and shopping.

Place was amazing. Great location next to a bus stop that dropped us off at copper villages & walking distance from downtown bars and food. They also let us know we could check in early. We didn’t utilize, but it gave us options. Zero issues, zero complaints. Great vacation

It was okay…. The living room was pretty little for 9 people. Downstairs was very chilly… took a while to find extra blankets… they were inside the ottoman

Perfect

The home was beautiful, clean, spacious. Easy walk to downtown with great restaurants and stores. Quick drives to Copper Mountain, Breckenridge, outlets. I would definitely book this home again. Highly recommend.

Great location and beautiful condo

The location was great-easy access to all ski lifts and downtown Frisco within walking distance. The condo was beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. It was nice to have the bedrooms and baths on 3 levels, so we all felt like we had our own space. We would definitely stay there again.

Frisco Spring Break Stay

We really enjoyed this modern well-stocked home just a block from Main Street. It was one of the nicest homes we have rented recently. Our teens liked being able to walk around town. It was also close to lots of great ski resorts. We would stay there again!

A 'Must Stay' Property

Best location in Frisco: we walked to restaurants & were right by the bike path. It worked perfectly for our group of 6 friends; there was loads of room, the kitchen was well stocked and the floor plan perfect. Comfortable beds with upscale bedding was very appreciated.

Wedding Weekend

We booked this place for our wedding weekend! It was an amazing location and just a short walk to Main Street. The hot tub with the mountain in the background and beautiful star gazing at night. Plenty of room for a big group! The kitchen and living room are open and easy for a group to hangout together! Enjoyed this weekend and so thankful for this home!

Beautiful townhouse right by frisco

We loved staying here. Beds were comfortable, the kitchen was nice. The hit tub was relaxing. It was right by downtown frisco and just up the road are hiking trails. I ended up hiking to rainbow lake and was in awe of the views. I would definitely stay here again. I think the only downfall was people kept popping in to take the trash and the cleaning lady didn't know we extended out check out time.

Frisco family stay

This place is great! Nice touches, beautiful design and setup. We loved being close to town. Our kids bikes everywhere! The house comes with fans and humidifiers which is a bonus for us. Having two primary suites was helpful and the kids loved their top floor bunk bed rooms. Definitely would stay again.

Our Frisco get away

My husband and I and 3 other friend couples met in Frisco for a weekend getaway. This property was perfect for us in that each couple had their own bedroom with a bed size of Queen or King. Each bathroom had soap, shampoo and conditioner provided and bath towels. There was ample seating in the family room for us to hang out right alongside a nice sized kitchen. The location was absolutely perfect. Walking distance to town and the marina. I did have questions during our stay and the management team did respond promptly.

Filthy and Beat Up

The property was in dire need of a deep cleaning. We found trash, dust, hair, ponytail holders, and just mounds of lint under behind and around furniture. The top floor had a water leak with black mold, growing on the ceiling of the cabinets were broken, the showers were dirty with quite a bit of buildup, we reached out to management immediately to see if we could have the property cleaned as we did have small children that were on the floor quite a bit and got a consistent runaround between Verbo and Vacasa. In addition the hot tub was filthy and looked like a pond. Not worth the money.

Batteries in remote and wall clock needed replacing. No extra batteries in unit. Batteries in key pad at door were poor. Very diff ult to use keypad. Had to stand outside for 20 mns upon arrival trying to get new code to use. Never used front door after that. Broken window in living room that management company was unaware of. Not enough washcloths. 1 per person for 4 days.. NO Kleenex anywhere. Sink fixture in upstairs bath worked but moved all over the place. When showering in 1st floor bath , the water was so slow to drain that the girl who was using that bathroom was afraid to wash hair in that bath. Nice location and clean but it needs to be checked for things like remotes and wall clock not working. And how does a broken window not get noticed. It was not cracked, it was broken.
