Perfect family getaway!

We loved staying in this house! There were plenty of places to sleep, plenty of bathrooms for everyone, and the hot tub and fire pit area in the backyard were great amenities to have available! We will be back!

Great place for large family gathering

This place is as advertised with plenty of room and sleeping space for the whole family. We brought our family along with some friends and grandma and grandpa and had plenty of space to celebrate the new year. The hot tub and game room are perfect for après-ski. We would look at coming back here again.

Family Getaway

This is our 2nd New Years at the property. We enjoy the space and quiet location. This property gives us the space we need and the convince of a large kitchen, washer dryer and hot tub for relaxing. We liked the location that was close to the grocery and restaurants of Frasier. The drive to Winter Park was easy for the ski group.

Spectacular Stay!!

Our extended family has a mountain weekend every summer and this year we stayed here. Lots of adults and kids and there was plenty of space for everyone. The directions and communication was excellent leading up to our stay. Check was great, house was super clean and there was so much "extra" in the house. Spices, tinfoil, games, movies, toys, etc... those things are so appreciated!! We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great home base to make some wonderful memories!

Girl's Weekend

We had a fantastic time! The accommodations were clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed, and we found the 3 bedrooms with attached bathrooms very convenient. The other bedrooms were comfortable and also met our needs. The only hiccup was we had a code to get into the garage but not the house itself, but the VRBO staff provided it right away when we called.

August with the family

Group of 14 (that dropped to 10) for a long weekend. Lots of info pushed before trip. Fixed one issue quickly. A bit on the pricy side but picked it for the number of bathrooms (5).

Ziggies takes on CO

This was the perfect home for our family ski trip to Winter Park. There was ample space for our group of 12. We especially enjoyed the kitchen, extendable dining table, fireplace, hot tub, and game room. Everything was clean overall and great water pressure and hot water in the showers, but we do think a couple things could be updated like new bed blankets or more wine glasses. Overall we were satisfied and would recommend!

Family and Friends vacation.

Be sure to use google map, waze is not helpful. Google maps likes the Cougar Drive address. Some of the bathtub showers do not drain well. The house was beautiful and very clean. If we could give it a 9 or 10 star, we would.

Incredible home, great layout

This property is perfect for a family gathering or a few groups of friends with kids. They've stocked the home with games, DVDs, and all the kitchen comforts of home. The yard has room for kids to run around and a great fire pit for roasting s'mores. Hot tub and deck are a good size and we'll maintained. Pros: see above! Cons: Oven door won't close, making it very difficult to bake anything unless you broil it. Turnkey property management was impossible to reach for days, after telling me if I didn't call they'd cancel my reservation. I spent three days and 2.5 total hours on hold or waiting to hear back - all they wanted was to verbally confirm that I would throw parties and the number in my group. So the property is fantastic, but be warned about turnkey's communication issues. Still, all in all, a wonderful home, you will truly love it here!

Hi Andrea, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with us! We're thrilled to hear you had a great stay and hope that you made yourselves right at home. With regard to the security questions you were asked, at times our system will request additional information in order for us to proceed, which appears to have happened in your case. That being said, we understand that making several calls in order to secure your reservation can be very frustrating .We are constantly working to improve our processes and create a more pleasant booking experience for our guests, so your feedback is much appreciated and will be used to help identify areas for improvement. We are also sorry to hear you encountered problems with long hold times and that you were unable to quickly reach us. Unfortunately, we had an unexpected spike in call volume on our 24/7 guest hotline when you were trying to call. We absolutely understand your frustration and agree that it is unacceptable that you were not able to speak with one of our team members right away. By the way, you were perfect guests and we appreciate you taking care of our place as if it were your own. We hope we have the opportunity to host you again in the future! - The TurnKey VR Team

This was one of the most stressful rental experiences I’ve ever had. After 9 hours of travel, our group arrived and could not get into the property because the managers didn’t have the correct entry code. We were locked out for hours. Some of our group gave up, booked a different rental, and left. The rest of us waited for a promised call back that never came. When we finally reached someone, the “solution” offered was to look for an alternate way in, which led to us entering through a pet door. We were later offered the option to cancel due to the inconvenience, which we accepted. The follow-up communication from the management team was dismissive and unhelpful, adding to the frustration. While the house itself was fine, the handling of our stay was unacceptable. Future guests should know that the support we received was slow, unprepared, and unprofessional from start to finish.

Excellent Property

This property is beautiful with plenty of room for a large family. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. The hot tub was a nice added bonus. It was great to have the game room for the kids to watch their programs while the adults had the family room with a fireplace and tv. The kitchen and dining area had plenty of room for cooking and serving everyone. All we needed to bring was food and personal items, everything else was provided. The staff was super friendly and responded almost immediately when we had questions. Definitely a home we’ll stay at again if we’re in the area.
