The Phoenix Elegant 4BR ski-view condo with pool, sauna, fireplace, and game room.

Situated close to the gondola with an on-site pool and hot tubs, this Steamboat Springs condo is almost ski-in/out and of far better value! Spacious, with a fireplace and balcony, it even offers a free shuttle service to downtown during the winter. The base of the slopes is less than half a mile away - from there, head up to the famous champagne powder snow. There's always a lot happening, including the WinterWonderGrass Festival and Winter Carnival. Enjoy mountain biking, hiking, or just a picnic on the peak in summer. There are local and visiting artisans selling their wares, a wine festival, and splendid Fourth of July celebrations. With over 100 restaurants on and around Steamboat Mountain, you can satisfy even the most enormous appetite all season round.

From a private garage, head up the stairs to the condo. The home opens to a living area with a bench and storage on the right. Shrug off those snow-covered jackets, light the gas fireplace, and settle down in comfortable leather sofas in front of the 42” Vizio and DVD player.

Worked up an appetite? Whoever's on chef duty will find everything in the well-equipped kitchen. There are stainless steel appliances (including a stove/oven, microwave, and dishwasher) and granite countertops, with countertop equipment for snacks and coffee. Take your morning cup out on the balcony, which offers seats overlooking the pool and mountain views.

. Upstairs is the primary bedroom with a bed and 32” Vizio TV with cable. A private en suite bathroom has a large walk-in shower. One guest bedroom has a Vizio so the kids can have a sleepover party every night, and another has a private bathroom.

The Phoenix also offers an on-site pool and hot tubs, perfect for soaking those aching muscles after a day on the slopes.

The condo was perfect for our group of 6 adults and 4 kids. The location was perfect and there was so much to do within walking distance. It was also very clean upon arrival. The kids made use of the pool and hot tubs too!

Nice location & spacious.

Good property for two families traveling with kids. It is a 10 minute walk to the Steamboat gondola and a shorter walk to a small grocery market.

Nice condo near village

Two families stayed for the Fourth of July. No AC so pretty warm! Great location near the village and we loved the pool.

Great location and lovely unit

The property could not have been in a better location. It was so conveniently close to the ski lift and to nearby stores! The unit was also of perfect size and had everything you could need. Would definitely recommend booking this place!

Great condo

This ski condo was the perfect mountain getaway! The location was unbeatable—100yds from the slopes. The interior was cozy yet modern, with a well-equipped kitchen, a fireplace, and stunning mountain views. The beds were comfortable, and the place was spotless. Communication with the host was seamless, and check-in was a breeze. Would definitely stay here again for a perfect ski trip!

Girls Trip

Had an excellent experience in Steamboat! Cozy house and close to gondola. It was a bit tough not having air conditioning. But the pool, amenities, and everything else was great.

Great 40th Birthday getaway!

We loved the condo, it was so gorgeous! Very clean and so much room! We had a view of the pool with the mountains in the back ground! This was such a treat and definitely worth it! Me and my guests didn’t want to leave!!! Highly recommend this place! You’ll love it!

Lots of bedrooms

We loved the amount of bedrooms this place had. Had a lot of beds. One off putting thing was the bunk beds were pushed up against the balcony and one was not very straight (slightly ocd). There were socks in the couch from another guest before us, the microwave had a broken handle, and the main bathroom ceiling had a huge bubble that was about to burst from a water leak somewhere in the ceiling, but overall our family really enjoyed it. They really loved the pool, and sleeping arrangements. We also enjoyed that the bedrooms upstairs had their own bathrooms. Nice location. Not too loud. Overall a decent place to stay.

Ski week

The condo was exactly as expected. Plenty of room and plenty of necessities to accommodate the 7 of us. The only two downsides: 1. At least one of the hot tubs on the property was down each day (but we still managed to make it in to the working one). 2. We requested an early (1 hour) check-in and a late (1 hour) check-out, and got rejected on both requests. Somehow we still made it work. Although the condo is about a 10-minute walk to the gondola (in ski boots), there is a convenient shuttle that comes by every 15-minutes or so. Definitely beats walking in ski boots. Would definitely stay here again.

Great condo

Great condo with nice views towards the mountains and a convenient walk to Steamboat Square. Plenty of space for 8 guys. Kitchen was well stocked. I'd rent again.

Great location on Mountain in Steamboat Springs

Hi! This condo was perfectly located. Close to the base of ski mountain, close to restaurants and market. Over looking the pool at the condo complex. Lots of sleeping options with the four bedrooms. Very clean and well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Only downside is there was not AC in the unit, so for summer rentals that is a bummer. It was super hot when we were there. Looks better in pictures

We booked a last minute trip to Steamboat and were happy to stumble upon this condo in our search. It looked nicely done, clean, and bright. After staying there for two nights, I would absolutely not recommend it. Neither the washer nor dryer were working. The lighting is poor and much darker than photos convey. There is an open pipe under the sink that stinks up the entire kitchen. Our keys didn`t work consistently. It felt very cramped for a four bedroom unit. You can only access the Queen bed from one side, requiring a person to crawl over the other or get in from the bottom. This unit needs some TLC.
