You'll be a few minutes' walk from the heart of Main Street and the QuickSilver Super Chair at this open and elegant escape in Water House West, a condo that provides ease, comfort, and more than 1,058 square feet of living space for your next Colorado getaway.

Prepare hearty breakfasts using the kitchen's stainless steel appliances before hitting the slopes for the day, and come home in the afternoons to relax in front of the gas fireplace or breathe in the alpine air on the balcony. Enjoy wonderful on-site amenities that include a large outdoor pool, hot tubs, a fitness center, ski rentals and storage, and a movie theater. At night, you'll even find the bedrooms outfitted with their own TVs to lull you to sleep.

Water House West, a new luxury property in Breckenridge, sits just a few steps from Main Street and the QuickSilver Super Chair at the base of Peak 9. It's a location that will give you prime access to the 34 lifts, 187 trails, four terrain parks, and 2,908 acres of skiable terrain at Breckenridge Ski Resort. Yet you'll also be within easy walking distance of the Riverwalk that traces the banks of the Blue River and a wonderful assortment of shops, restaurants, breweries, and apres-ski spots all along Main Street a few blocks north. Come summertime, you can fill your days with scenic lift rides, mountain hikes, thrilling rides on the Goldrunner Coaster and the Alpine Slide, and relaxing rounds of golf at the Breckenridge Golf Club only five miles north.

Perfect Place to Stay in Breckenridge

This condo was just perfect for our family! Great location, comfortable beds, amazing layout, upscale kitchen appliances, underground parking.... we had everything we needed to have a wonderful week in Breckenridge.

Weekend fun in Breck

Great location, nice deck and kitchen. Could use a few updates on living room furniture and especially the chairs at the island. Overall great spot, 3rd floor good view and sunlight into the condo.

Great Family Ski Location

We had a fantastic time staying here. Place is exactly as described and pictured. Was perfect location for walking to village shops and restaurants, Main Street shopping and dining and we could easily walk to the Quicksilver lift each day. There is an equipment valet so no need to drag your stuff in and out of the condo. Easily visit hot tubs and pools. There is very limited parking, but the garage is an added bonus if you do find a spot. Would stay here again.

Great location

It’s the perfect location in the summer. Kitchen was well stocked. Our only complaint is the bedding and couch. Both need to be replaced but the condo is for sale. So that might happen! We would rent here again

Weekend warrior

Great place to stay. Convenient location for the town. Parking took a minutes to figure out (under ground car garage) but afterwards was easy peezy. Large apartment, two bedrooms and a living room for extra guest for hanging out. Huge refrigerator to house your food during your stay. Friendly staff and premise was well taken care of (enjoyed the all the shrubs and flowers). Thank you for the memories.

Nice Unit, but Dated

Great location, wonderful pools and hot tubs. This unit was a bit dated. Furniture in living room was old and uncomfortable. We cooked about 90% of our meals in the room, but kitchen was a bit under stocked. Very old pots and pans. Cheap, warped kitchen utensils. Plus, this rental had no spices, oils, plastic wraps, etc., that renters usually leave behind for future renters. So that was a bit inconvenient. The kids room doesn’t have a tv either. Also they do not offer an early check in for this unit even if the unit is clean and ready. We made it to town 2.5 hours before check in (4pm), but was told no. However the front desk did let us check in at around 3:40.

The condo is a beautiful unit that has a gourmet kitchen with Thermador appliances. Great location, short walk to restaurants & shops. We would stay here again.

Great location for a short walk to downtown, restaurants, hiking, slopes. Large kitchen and plenty of room to sit down to meals together. Parking garage very convenient.

Our family of 4 absolutely loved this place! It had so much to offer; great location, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, and a nice view from the balcony. We would definitely use this rental again!!

Clean, modern and the location was fabulous! We were impressed with the supply of pots, pants etc. – everything needed for cooking. We have been to other rentals that are scarce on cooking supplies and dishware. Would definitely stay again!

Convenient, Comfortable, Central

This condo was super comfortable, great appliances, and so cozy (but not cramped) that we found ourselves eating in more than out (sorry, Breckenridge). Super clean, exactly as described. Parking lot was a little confusing because it's a bit of a labyrinth, but once you get it it's no problem.

Love the unit, parking situations sucks

I love staying at this location. Beautiful units with lots of upgrades. I’ve noticed the last few years the units have less and less amenities for the renter to use, specifically in the kitchen. There are very few plates, glasses, silverware, kitchen gadgets that you may need to have a group larger than 6. Also the parking is ridiculous. You spend HUNDREDS of dollars a night for a 2+ Bedroom unit that sleeps 4-8 ppl and get ONE parking pass. It’s very frustrating especially when there are a ton of open spots in the garage ALL weekend long. Plus, checkout is 10am. Ridiculous!! Not sure we will be back. Too many amazing places to stay that want our business!!

Beautiful condo

Absolutely beautiful condo, clean and well taken care of. Only suggestion is that the couch in the living room is really uncomfortable and tough to sit on. Such a magnificent condo should have a nicer couch. That is the only negative observation and we had a wonderful vacation at a wonderful condo. We will for sure be back!!’n

Loved staying here, convenient to town. Beautiful property. Only down side ya no AC and it was a little warm during day.

PERFECT LOCATION

The location was perfect and the layout great! Only one thing we found bothersome, the fan runs when the bathroom light is on. We couldn't get the coffee maker figured out. But there is a great coffee shop just around the corner!
