A wonderful spot for summer and winter vacations alike, this one-bedroom, one-bathroom condo will treat you to the astounding beauty of Vail without breaking the bank. The 760-square-foot living space is bright and comfortable, with a mirrored wall and large windows that let in the alpine sunshine, carpeted floors, and two plush sofas that face a wood-burning fireplace (with logs provided) and a wall-mounted HDTV and DVR for cozy nights at home. Begin each morning in the fully equipped kitchen with an adjacent breakfast bar and dining room table, and end each evening by curling up in the bedroom's queen-size bed or the sleeper sofa in the living room. If you're looking to head into Vail Village for world-class skiing, dining, and shopping, you'll find a stop for the free shuttle bus (which runs every 15 minutes in winter) right across the parking lot. Also on the grounds of Pitkin Creek Park are a seasonal swimming pool, a year-round hot tub, a sand volleyball court, and a grocery store for your convenience.

Our place was fantastic. It was very clean and convenient however the bed was uncomfortable.

Great property!

It’s an older unit but the bedding is top notch. Great neighbors and community. Grocery and liquor store in the complex. Great furniture for lounging and great price!!! Highly recommend!!!

Pitkin creek

Pitkin creek in vail , Colorado was a really nice quaint spot . Many things to do there & surrounding areas. Little grocery store just up the road , very convenient. Was there for a week . The view is awesome & people were very nice that we meet there . I would definitely do a vacasa home again in the future.

Very easy to hit the slopes

This place is in East Vail. It was so easy because the bus pick up was right outside the place which made it super easy to get over to vail village. Place was clean, quiet, and quaint. It was as pictured in the listing.

Very convenient location and has everything you need but the key was not in the lock box, there was no parking pass and the comforter was dirty. It would have been helpful to have some info in the unit about the hot tub, the shuttle and places to eat close by.

Pitkin a nice stay

Good stay, but bedroom needs upgrade!! Heater does not work. TV NO CHANNELS! Bed is old and soft- needs upgrade! Time to spend some money!

The condo was dirty when we arrived—appeared unvacuumed, dirty dishes in the cupboards, kitchen floor was also dirty, and had the unwelcome guest of a mouse in the kitchen. I expressed these concerns on the first day to Vacasa, the managing company, whom responded with “is this something you want the local team to look into?” which I responded yes. They said they were making note of it and I never heard from them again during our entire 10 night stay. Very disappointed in the customer service, cleanliness, and willingness to fix a situation. We cleaned the entire place ourselves, mopped floors, and had to put all our dry goods in containers where the mouse couldn’t get to it. No one should pay to rent a place off VRBO in that condition.

The place was quaint and clean. There was a light out in the kitchen and I don’t think the heat worked in the bedroom but the other heaters heated the house sufficiently.
