Welcome to the Appartementhaus am Kurpark in Scharbeutz—a cozy retreat located just about 150 meters from the beach and right next to the popular promenade and dune trail. Located right next to the Kurpark, this is the perfect base for strolling through the charming restaurants and shops in the area and enjoying the seaside atmosphere.


The comfortable 65-square-meter vacation apartment accommodates up to 4 people and spans two levels (maisonette). The designer hardwood floors give the apartment a warm and inviting atmosphere.
On the lower level is the living room with a cozy couch, a large TV with cable, a dining area for 4 people, and a spacious closet. From here, you can also access the balcony, which offers a place to relax in the fresh air.


The separate kitchen is equipped with a glass-ceramic cooktop, an oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, and a dishwasher. Adjacent to the kitchen is the bedroom with a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m, separate mattresses, height 45 cm). Upstairs, you’ll find the loft room with two single beds and a dresser.


From the hallway, you can also access the shower room with a window and toilet—everything you need for a comfortable stay.
For young guests, additional amenities are provided: 2 high chairs, a children’s stool, children’s cutlery, and a practical safety rail from IKEA to ensure the little ones stay safely in bed.


A coin-operated washer and dryer, as well as a lockable bike storage room, are available. Parking in a private parking space directly in front of the house. For dog owners: Your dog is welcome here! This is a non-smoking apartment!

The building features coin-operated washing machines and dryers for guests to use. A parking space at the house is available to you free of charge during your stay.
