This modern 2-room apartment (43 square meters) in Scharbeutz, in a central yet quiet location, is on the mezzanine level and is equipped to accommodate up to 2 people. The spa gardens and the beautiful beach promenade with the “Dünenmeile” are just a few minutes’ walk away. With its charming boutiques, restaurants, and cafes, the promenade invites you to linger. The beach is only about 120 m away.
The apartment was completely renovated in the spring of 2019 and features a spacious living and dining area with a cozy sitting area, a large flat-screen TV, and a dining area. The open-concept kitchenette is well-equipped, including a dishwasher, a microwave with a built-in grill, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.
The separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a wardrobe. The newly redesigned bathroom features a walk-in shower, toilet, hair dryer, and cosmetic mirror.
