This 60-square-meter apartment near the beach in Timmendorfer Strand is located on the 2nd floor (with an elevator) and was tastefully furnished by an interior designer with many thoughtful details to accommodate up to 4 people. It has everything you need for a wonderful vacation.

The living room has a warm atmosphere and features an LCD TV, a stereo system with a docking station, and a DVD player. A cozy sleeper sofa (providing additional sleeping space for 2 people) and a modern dining area round out the space.

The separate kitchen-living area is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, a coffee pod machine, and various small kitchen appliances.

The southeast-facing balcony invites you to relax and offers a glimpse of the Baltic Sea through the treetops.

The bedroom has been lovingly and individually designed with a modern double bed, side tables, a dresser, a built-in closet, and plenty of natural light. In the hallway, a large built-in closet offers ample space for luggage, clothing, and shoes.

The bathroom features a spacious, walk-in shower, a towel warmer, a hair dryer, a large double sink with plenty of storage space, a pull-out vanity cabinet, and generously sized mirrors. The bathroom also has underfloor heating.

The apartment is equipped with floor-to-ceiling windows and electric roller shutters.
A washing machine is located in the basement.

An outdoor parking space is reserved for you next to the building.
Wi-Fi is available free of charge (no right to a refund or replacement in case of malfunctions or outages).
This is a non-smoking apartment.
Pets are not allowed here.

Demolition work is currently taking place on the neighboring property; the start date for new construction is not yet known.

The 2- and 3-room apartments, as well as the 5 penthouses, are a sought-after vacation destination for our guests traveling to Lübeck Bay! The brick building features large windows that let plenty of light into the apartments. Every apartment rented to vacationers through our agency has a balcony or terrace.
For the active travelers among you, you can store your bicycles—which, of course, need a break now and then—inside or next to the building.
Either the apartment comes with its own basement storage room, or guests have access to an outdoor bicycle parking area!

In almost all of the apartments we offer, you can also wash your towels, as a laundry room is available for you in the basement.

To avoid the famous summer "parking spot hunt" for your car near the beach, our guests can park their cars next to or inside the building.
Depending on which apartment you book, it comes with either an outdoor parking spot or an underground parking spot. Of course, an elevator is part of the building’s modern amenities.

The ground-floor apartments feature terraces that open onto a small private garden area. Enjoy living to the sound of the ocean!
The beach is only about 50 meters away!
Shopping options are within easy walking distance, and the center of Timmendorfer Strand is only about 1 km away. Niendorf Harbor is less than 1.5 km away. Stroll along the promenade, visit the cafés with ocean views, and don’t miss out on one of the most beautiful spots in Lübeck Bay—whether in summer or winter!
