This charmingly furnished, approximately 70-square-meter, 3-room duplex apartment in Timmendorfer Strand is ideally equipped for 4 people.

The apartment features a tastefully designed, bright living room with a dining area, two 2-seater sofa sets, armchairs, and cheerful white furniture. A flat-screen TV, DVD/Blu-ray player, and stereo system are also included. The white kitchenette is fully equipped with all appliances, including a stove with a ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, and more.

Adjacent to the living room is a sunny south-facing balcony with an awning.
Next to the renovated shower room is a separate bedroom with two single beds (90x200 cm).

On the loft, there is a double bed (2x90x200 cm), as well as a desk, a small table, and an armchair in the sloped area. This is a lovely spot where you can retreat for some peace and quiet. A second flat-screen TV and a second stereo system are also available up there.

A parking space is reserved for you.
Wi-Fi is available (no refund or replacement will be provided in the event of disruptions or outages).

A vacation park near the beach surrounded by greenery: The 2–3-room apartments, ranging from 42 to 70 m², are lovingly furnished to accommodate up to 4 people. Each has either a terrace or a balcony where you can relax and unwind.


There’s a bike rack at the building for your bike, as well as a parking space for each apartment.

The beach is just about 200 meters away. A bakery and the town center are right nearby. Here, many exclusive shops, cozy cafés, and renowned restaurants invite you to linger.

The forest high ropes course in Scharbeutz is certainly a great adventure. As you navigate the course above the treetops of the Kammerwald, you’ll be secured by a full-body harness and can test your courage alone or as part of a team.

In Gorch-Fock Park, you can enjoy your vacation with the whole family just a stone’s throw from the Baltic Sea.
