This modern 3-room apartment in Timmendorfer Strand is located on the first floor, measures 70 m², and is furnished to accommodate 2–4 people.

The living room features a sofa set with two wicker chairs, an LCD TV, a Blu-ray/DVD player, and a CD player.
Adjacent to this is the kitchen-living area, equipped with a glass-ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and a bright dining nook.

From this area, you can access two terraces—one facing south and one facing west—where you can enjoy relaxing moments by the Baltic Sea.

Through the hallway, you’ll find two separate bedrooms: one with a double bed (2x90x200 cm) and one with two single beds (90x200 cm). Both bedrooms feature wardrobes with ample storage space.

The bright, natural-light-filled bathroom with its walk-in shower is sure to impress.
High-quality Plankwood wood/PVC flooring rounds out the look of this beautiful apartment.

In the laundry room, you can use a washing machine and dryer free of charge.

The beach is just a 50-meter walk away.

A parking space is reserved for you.
Wi-Fi is available free of charge (no refunds or compensation in case of disruptions or outages).
This is a non-smoking apartment.
Pets are not allowed here.

An exclusive location in Lübeck Bay—right on the water: Domizil am Meer delights guests with its upscale amenities. The 2- and 3-room apartments, as well as the 5 penthouses, are a sought-after vacation destination for our guests traveling to Lübeck Bay! The brick-clad building features large windows that let plenty of light into the apartments. Every apartment rented to vacationers through our agency has a balcony or terrace.
For the active travelers among you, you can store your bicycles—which, of course, need a break now and then—inside or next to the building.
Either the apartment comes with a private basement storage room, or guests have access to an outdoor bike rack!

In almost all of the apartments we manage, you can also wash your towels, as a laundry room is available for you in the basement.

To avoid the famous summer “parking spot hunt” for your car near the beach, our guests can park their cars next to or inside the building.
Depending on which apartment you book, it comes with either an outdoor parking spot or an underground parking spot. Of course, an elevator is part of the building’s modern amenities.

The ground-floor apartments feature terraces that open onto a small private garden area. Enjoy living to the sound of the ocean!
The beach is only about 50 meters away!
Shopping options are within easy walking distance, and the center of Timmendorfer Strand is only about 1 km away. Niendorf Harbor is less than 1.5 km away. Stroll along the promenade, visit the cafés with ocean views, and don’t miss out on one of the most beautiful spots in the Bay of Lübeck—whether in summer or winter!

Your cozy seaside apartment is just a few steps from the pier at the Seeschlösschen.
