This exclusive and cozy 3-room apartment with underfloor heating, located on the first floor, is just a few minutes’ walk from the beach. The 60-square-meter apartment is furnished to accommodate 3 people.

The light-filled living room is tastefully furnished and invites you to relax. The open-concept kitchen features all the amenities you need, including a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and a refrigerator with a small freezer. High-quality entertainment equipment, including a flat-screen TV, Blu-ray DVD player, and radio, ensures plenty of entertainment.

The terrace, accessible from the living room and the single bedroom, features patio furniture for sun-seeking guests.

The two bedrooms are furnished with double and single box-spring beds (1.80 m x 2.00 m and 1.20 m x 2.00 m). The single bedroom features a media setup with a flat-screen TV and a Blu-ray DVD player.

The tastefully furnished shower room (floor-level) is equipped with a rainfall shower.
An integrated digital radio keeps the mood upbeat.

A private parking space is reserved for you. Bicycles can be stored in the garage.
Wi-Fi is available free of charge (no replacement or refund in case of outage or malfunction).
This is a non-smoking apartment.
Your well-behaved dog is welcome to stay with you upon request.

This non-smoking property features two ground-floor apartments (approx. 60 square meters in size and equipped for 3 people), where you’re welcome to bring a dog upon request.
On the first floor, 5 people have plenty of space to relax in a total of approx. 120 square meters!

Generous windows provide bright rooms. Of course, you can enjoy the fresh air on a balcony or the spacious terrace!
There are 3 parking spaces right in front of the building, and one parking space may be used in front of the garage.
Each apartment comes with a designated parking space, and we assume that guests will be able to coordinate among themselves.

The beach is just a few minutes’ walk away, and the Niendorf fishing harbor is only about 600 meters away.
Take a stroll along the promenade—it’s even more relaxing with a delicious fish sandwich in hand!

Shopping options are about 1.8 km away, and the small cafés and bars in downtown Niendorf are already looking forward to you discovering them.
The breathtaking Brodten cliffs between Niendorf and Travemünde are always worth a visit!
To enjoy the view from the cliffs, it’s worth stopping by the Hermannshöhe Experience Café to recharge with a coffee and a slice of cake!
