Private downstairs basement suite with separate entrance, located in a quiet Mableton neighborhood minutes from the Silver Comet Trail. Conveniently located about 20 minutes from Truist Park, The Battery, Wellstar Cobb Medical Center, and 25 minutes from downtown Atlanta, making it a comfortable home base for work trips, or exploring metro Atlanta. The suite features two bedrooms with Serta mattresses, a kitchen, private laundry, WiFi, and a fenced backyard patio for you or your furry friends.

Enjoy a fully finished and completely private lower-level suite separate from the upstairs living area. The space includes two bedrooms — one with a full bed and one with a queen bed — along with a full bathroom, cozy living room, dedicated flex/workspace, and a fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Guests also have access to an in-unit Whirlpool washer and dryer and exclusive use of the fenced backyard patio.

Guests have a separate entrance at the front door and access the suite by an interior staircase, so guests should be comfortable navigating stairs. The entire space is yours privately and is fully separated from the upstairs home, however the driveway is shared with a designated side for guests only.

If needed, we’re happy to help by dropping luggage off at the back patio entrance with advance notice, otherwise luggage will need to be carried down the stairs at the entrance.
