● Pool and sauna use are at guests’ own risk
● Events and parties are not permitted without prior approval
● Rental agreement required. Before you check-in, you will be asked to sign a rental agreement.
● Quiet hours: 10 PM to 7 AM.
● No smoking inside the home. If any evidence of smoking is found inside the home, there will be a $500 deep cleaning fee.
● Please supervise children around the indoor pool area at all times.
● Pool and sauna use are at guests’ own risk.
● Events and parties are not permitted without prior approval.
● The property has outdoor cameras to ensure security and safety for everyone.
● We welcome up to 2 pets, each weighing under 25 lbs. A $100 pet fee per pet is applied to the reservation to cover additional cleaning.
