Nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac within Wild Dunes Resort, 1 Pelican Bay is a beautifully appointed 5-bedroom beach home ideal for families and groups looking to relax, reconnect, and enjoy the best of coastal living. Easy beach access is just steps away so you'll be on the sand within minutes.

LIVING SPACE & KITCHEN
Designed with comfort and gathering in mind, the home features an open-concept layout with plenty of room to spread out and unwind. Multiple outdoor living spaces invite you to enjoy the coastal breeze, including two screened porches with comfortable seating and a charming Charleston swing bed — perfect for lazy summer afternoons with a book or evening cocktails.

Spacious kitchen is fully equipped for family meals and entertaining, featuring a new range, generous counter space, and bar seating for four. Dining area is surrounded by windows offering peaceful panoramic lagoon views, creating the perfect backdrop for memorable meals together. Off of the kitchen is an open living room fit for a great movie or game night. Alongside the living room you will find a reading nook with natural light filtering in.

BEDROOMS
The first floor includes the primary suite along with a guest bedroom that also functions well as a private office space. Upstairs, you'll find three additional bedrooms, including a fun bunk room for kids with a full-over-twin bunk bed and access to a private outdoor deck. Two additional queen bedrooms complete the second floor also with access to balconies.

AMENITIES
Guests enjoy access to the Pelican Bay community pool, conveniently located at the entrance of the cul-de-sac. Located in a private cul de sac, short beach walk (five minute walk), and a three minute walk to the pool.

Includes outdoor shower in garage, free parking, fresh linens and towels, washer and dryer, an initial starter supply of paper products and detergents, fully equipped kitchen with dinnerware, flatware, pots and pans. Free wifi.

NOTE: Non Smoking Property. No Pets allowed. Property does not have an elevator. MUST be 25 years or older to rent. Camera located in back of garage.
