I bought the house in 2004 and have been expanding and renovating it ever since. Originally a bungalow, I added a second story to the house in 2010.
At the end of 2022, I converted the upper floor into a vacation rental with a separate entrance.
Since I’m an “active lifelong athlete,” it’s important to me to have as many natural opportunities for physical activity as possible. Whether it’s Lake Chiemsee, Lake Simssee, or the Alps, everything is quick and easy to reach. And with the S-Bahn, I can be right in the heart of Munich in 45 minutes.
At 85 m², the vacation rental offers plenty of space for couples or families. Two large terraces allow you to have breakfast in the sun and enjoy the sunset in the evening.
You’ll also have access to a large bathroom with a shower and bathtub, two sinks, a bidet, and a toilet.
For fitness enthusiasts or those with New Year’s resolutions, my 30-square-meter fitness room is available by arrangement. You’ll find everything you need for functional training (see photos).
Important:
I have disabled the “Book Now” option for your desired dates. This means I’ll receive a booking request for your desired dates, which I can then approve. Please understand that I only accept booking requests in which prospective guests briefly introduce themselves to me in a message and write a little about their planned stay.
Since the vacation rental has been furnished with a lot of love and care, and I also live in the house (in a separate apartment), I’d like to get a sense of who my guests are beforehand. Since I can’t see potential guests’ reviews on Vrbo until after a booking is made, the personal message is very important to me.
I hope you understand :-).
