Welcome to Casa Soul, a thoughtfully designed 9-bedroom villa where contemporary comfort meets authentic Mexican craftsmanship. Every space has been carefully curated to create an inviting atmosphere for families, friends, and large groups looking to experience Mexico City together while still enjoying plenty of room to relax and unwind.



Spread across three levels, the home offers a seamless balance between spacious social areas and peaceful private retreats. Warm textures, handcrafted details, abundant natural light, and carefully selected furnishings create an elegant yet welcoming atmosphere that immediately feels like home.



On the ground floor, you'll find a welcoming living room, a beautiful dining area centered around a handcrafted table created by talented Mexican artisans, a beautiful contemporary kitchen, a bar area, one full bathroom, a laundry area, and two bedrooms. One features a luxurious King-size bed with a private in-room shower, while the second offers two comfortable Queen-size beds—perfect for families or friends traveling together.



The first floor features four additional bedrooms and three full bathrooms. At the top of the stairs, you'll find a bedroom with a King-size bed, followed by another bedroom with two Queen-size beds. Further along the hallway are two full bathrooms, another bedroom with two Queen-size beds, and, through a private hallway and closet area, a fourth bedroom with a Queen-size bed and an additional full bathroom. These last two bedrooms enjoy direct access to a peaceful interior patio.



This charming patio creates a quiet retreat within the home, featuring a cozy outdoor sitting area that's perfect for morning coffee, breakfast, or simply relaxing with a good book. You'll also find the home's second laundry area here, providing extra convenience for extended stays and larger groups.



Undoubtedly, the highlight of Casa Soul is its spectacular rooftop terrace. Designed as an urban oasis, it features comfortable lounge seating, a large outdoor dining area, sun loungers, and a BBQ grill—creating the perfect setting for slow breakfasts, sunset cocktails, intimate social gatherings, or simply enjoying Mexico City's wonderful weather.



The top floor also offers three additional bedrooms, including two with Queen-size beds and a spacious primary bedroom with a King-size bed. This level is completed by a large shared bathroom featuring two separate walk-in showers, making mornings especially convenient for larger groups.



For year-round comfort, every bedroom has been thoughtfully equipped with premium hotel-quality linens, blackout curtains, a ceiling fan, a portable tower fan, and a portable heater, ensuring a restful night's sleep regardless of the season.



Upon arrival, you'll find a welcome basket with an additional entrance key and a mosquito repellent device available should you need it. While an extra key is provided for your convenience, locking the front gate is not necessary, as Casa Soul is located in one of the safest and most desirable neighborhoods in Mexico City.

TO NOTICE: There are only 2 rooms blocked, one next to the double room at the main entrance, and the second one next to the kitchen, which is close to a padlock, these have our cleaning staff equipment and are not accessible to guests.



The property includes one street parking space. If you plan to use it during your stay, please let us know a few days before your arrival so our team can have everything ready for you.

For the most comfortable and seamless experience, we highly recommend using our private transportation services during your stay.



Our trusted drivers can assist with airport transfers, point-to-point transportation, hourly chauffeur services, personalized city tours, and transportation for larger groups, allowing you to explore Mexico City comfortably without worrying about traffic, parking, or logistics.



As an alternative, Uber is generally available throughout the city. However, due to local and federal regulations, ride-sharing services may have limited access to certain areas, including airports and other restricted zones, which can occasionally result in designated pickup points or longer wait times.



If you prefer public transportation, Condesa is well connected by Metro, Metrobus, EcoBici, and other mobility options, making it easy to reach the city's main attractions without needing a car.
