Welcome to the "Seehof" apartment in peaceful Sierksdorf, with a stunning view of the sea.


The 80 m² "Seehof" apartment in Sierksdorf features a combined living and dining area with a cozy seating area by the TV and a fireplace that guarantees lovely evenings. (You’ll need to provide your own fireplace tools and wood.)
From the living room and the adjoining balcony, as well as from the kitchen, you can watch the waves on the Baltic Sea at any time. From the living area, a staircase leads to a loft with a sleeper sofa (1.40 m x 2.00 m) and another sofa for relaxing, both offering a stunning view of the sea.


The open-concept kitchenette features an oven with a ceramic cooktop, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator, leaving nothing to be desired for your meals. A coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster are, of course, also provided.


The apartment also features two bedrooms. The large bedroom is furnished with a double bed (2 mattresses, each 0.90 m x 2.00 m), a second flat-screen TV, two nightstands with bedside lamps, and a large wardrobe. You can wake up to a view of the sea from this room as well. The other bedroom features a single bed (0.80 m x 2.00 m), which can be extended to an additional 0.80 m x 2.00 m, as well as a wardrobe.
The modern bathroom with natural light features a nearly walk-in shower, a toilet, a mirror cabinet, and a washing machine.


The entire apartment is equipped with pleated blinds.


A parking space is available at the house, as is free Wi-Fi.
This is a non-smoking apartment. A well-behaved dog is welcome. By the way, there is a designated dog beach in Haffkrug. From October 1 through March 31, you are allowed to take your dog along the entire coastline!! In addition, the “Scharbeutzer Heide” is home to one of the largest fenced-in dog parks in all of Northern Germany.

The “Seehof” apartment building is quietly located on a cul-de-sac in Sierksdorf. It’s about 60 m to the beach. It has 6 apartments, and each apartment comes with a parking space.

The Baltic Sea resort of Sierksdorf is situated in the heart of the Bay of Lübeck between Scharbeutz and Neustadt i.H., in the eastern part of the state of Schleswig-Holstein, and boasts a 5-kilometer-long idyllic beach.

Sierksdorf is a paradise for families and children: very rustic and family-friendly. Here you’ll still meet real fishermen who are happy to take the time for a friendly chat.
Hansapark—Germany’s only amusement park with over 40 rides right by the sea—is located in the immediate vicinity. The “Panoramic” indoor heated pool, with its 25x15-meter pool, is open almost year-round for unadulterated swimming fun.

Whether it’s an adventure trail along the coast through Sierksdorf, the “Historical School Forest,” or a two-hour salsa workshop on the beach, Sierksdorf offers something for everyone, young and old.

Sierksdorf also features restaurants, snack bars, and an ice cream parlor. After just 1 km, you’ll reach the Haffkrug Promenade. Sierksdorf and Haffkrug are ideal starting points for many activities. The nearest towns are Neustadt i. Holstein (approx. 5 km away), Timmendorfer Strand (8 km away), Scharbeutz (5 km away), Lübeck (approx. 30 km away), and Hamburg (approx. 80 km away).
