The 31 m² Upstalsboom one-room vacation rental, bsak7-12, is located in the “Deichhäuser Anna-Küste” complex in Bensersiel and can accommodate up to 3 people. A particular highlight is the covered terrace with a sunny southwest-facing location and its own small green space. Here, you can enjoy the soothing seaside climate of this North Sea spa town all day long.<br><br>The Location<br>This modern and bright vacation rental is located on the first floor of Deichhaus 7, in the heart of Bensersiel, just 500 meters from the sandy beach and the North Sea. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find numerous shopping options, restaurants, and cafés; and the Nordseetherme, the seawater outdoor pool with a large water slide, and the sports theme park are all within easy walking distance. Our tip: Take a day trip to Langeoog—the ferry service between Bensersiel and the car-free island takes just under an hour and runs several times a day. The ferry terminal is just a short walk (about 1 km) from the Deichhäuser.<br><br>Amenities<br>This tastefully furnished, non-smoking apartment features free Wi-Fi. The living-sleeping area with a sleeper sofa features a fully equipped open kitchenette with a dishwasher, freezer, oven, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and microwave, as well as a double bed, a large flat-screen TV, and a radio. The apartment features a dining table for 3 people and a cozy little sitting area. A crib can be provided for a fee. The stylish bathroom features a large walk-in shower as well as a vanity with a hair dryer and a makeup mirror. After an eventful day of vacation, you can relax on the covered terrace, which is furnished with garden furniture for 3 people.<br><br><br> Highlights From spring through late fall, guests staying at the Deichhäuser during the 2026 season will also enjoy free, unlimited access to the water park and sauna area at our neighboring partner hotel, Aquantis. There’s something for the whole family here: a 175 m² water area, a rock landscape with a waterfall and water slide, bubbling spring stations, a bubble mushroom, splash showers, a counter-current system, a children’s wading pool with water spouts, and a sauna area featuring a Finnish sauna, an infrared sauna, and a steam sauna. Bathrobes and sauna towels are available at the front desk for a small rental fee. Unfortunately, this service will no longer be part of our offerings for future bookings starting in 2027.<br><br>The “Castello” restaurant, adjacent to the hotel, offers daily breakfast. The restaurant staff will be happy to welcome you every day during your stay in the 2026 season.<br><br>This apartment includes a free parking space. Lockable bike storage in cages and charging stations for e-bikes are also available. Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment.
