The 57 m² barrier-free 2-room apartment, booa2-10, is located in the Upstalsboom Aparthotel Ostseeallee in Boltenhagen and can accommodate up to 4 people. Of particular note is the west-facing terrace; where you can enjoy the evening sun and the refreshing sea air after a relaxing day on vacation. The apartment is wheelchair-accessible.

A starter supply of hand and bath towels is provided in the apartment, and the beds are made for you.

The Location
This exclusive, light-filled apartment is located on the first floor of Building 2, facing west. The Baltic Sea is practically right outside your door—just 200 meters away lies Boltenhagen’s fine-sand beach, stretching for kilometers. The pier and the spa gardens are just a few minutes’ walk away. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find shopping, restaurants, and cafés, as well as numerous recreational activities and places to visit. Hiking and biking trails, a climbing park, wellness and fitness facilities, and a variety of events—such as the popular Seebrückenfest—guarantee an eventful vacation for the whole family.


Amenities This family-friendly and modern non-smoking apartment features underfloor heating, floor-to-ceiling windows with triple insulation, free Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped open kitchen with a dishwasher, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, oven, and microwave, as well as a dining area. The living area features a double sleeper sofa (1.60 x 2.00 m) and a large flat-screen TV with a Blu-ray player. The separate bedroom is furnished with a modern box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a flat-screen TV. A crib can be provided for a fee, and you can request a high chair upon request. The stylish bathroom features a walk-in shower, a vanity with a hair dryer, a makeup mirror, and a towel warmer. The apartment has a hallway with a coat rack. After a day at the beach, you can relax on the west-facing terrace, which is furnished with patio furniture and a parasol, and enjoy the evening sun. The terrace is accessible from the living area.


Highlights Upon request, you can enjoy the attractive amenities of the resort—in Building 5, a sauna area with a Finnish sauna, bio sauna, and relaxation room is available. Bathrobes and sauna towels are available at the front desk for a small rental fee.
Our guest reception area, complete with a front desk and lounge, is located in the on-site café “Up Wiek.” When the weather is nice, we’d love to welcome you on our terrace. The café features its own small children’s playground as well as free Wi-Fi.

The apartment has an assigned underground parking space, which is available to you free of charge. You can access the underground parking garage (entry height of 1.85 m) via the elevator through a direct entrance beneath the building. A storage room for bicycles is available in the underground parking garage, as well as charging outlets for e-bikes and electric cars. The apartment is equipped with an ironing board, an iron, and a clothes rack. In Building 5, coin-operated washers and dryers are available for your use.
