"Villa Aegir" embodies the romantic charm of Usedom’s seaside resorts in the popular Baltic Sea resort town of Heringsdorf. The 68-square-meter Upstalsboom 3-room apartment, usva002, with a terrace, can accommodate up to 4 people.

The Location
The vacation apartment is located on the first floor of this beautiful villa, which was built in the classic seaside resort architectural style and faces southwest. The expansive sandy beach and the promenade are just a few meters away. In the immediate vicinity, you’ll find numerous shopping options, restaurants, and cafés. There are also a variety of recreational activities available, such as the OstseeTherme, tennis courts, and the sailing, surfing, and kitesurfing school. The popular Heringsdorf pier, with its shops, restaurants, and mussel museum, is within easy walking distance.

Amenities
The apartment features free Wi-Fi. The fully equipped open-concept kitchen includes a dishwasher, a refrigerator with freezer, a coffee maker, a toaster, a kettle, an oven, and a microwave. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and a toilet, as well as a hair dryer and a cosmetic mirror. Both bedrooms each have a double bed. The living room with dining area features a TV and stereo system with a DVD player and a flat-screen TV. The south-facing terrace is screened from view.
A crib can be provided for a fee, and you are welcome to request a high chair upon request.
