Or hop in the car to explore nearby outdoor activities and adventures, including hiking, biking, fishing, swimming, rafting, tubing, kayaking, ziplining, and skiing. Head just one mile to explore the galleries, museums, and boutiques in the River Arts District. Or continue into the heart of downtown Asheville for more cuisine and culture. For a historical outing, visit the opulent Biltmore Estate three miles away. Find gorgeous views and outdoor adventure at Chimney Rock State Park and Lake Lure, 30 miles away. Unwind into vacation mode on the sofa bed and two armchairs in the living area. In the evening, stream your favorite shows on the 65' smart TV. Prepare delicious meals in the sleek kitchen, equipped with a French-door refrigerator and a full suite of stainless steel appliances. When it's time to eat, gather at the bar.     Great Haywood Retreat

    The location cannot be better! Owl Bakery one step away along with Archetype Brewing and Pizza Mind. So walkable! Hole Donuts…Flora…don’t hardly need a car. The place is well furnished with everything needed for a nice long stay. Clean and safe!

    The perfect location. Barbershop downstairs and Owl Bakery 5 steps away. So many great spots to go. Condo is exactly as advertised and clean.

    Great spot!

    My husband and I were visiting Asheville for an anniversary get away. We loved the being able to walk to some of our favorite restaurants. It was clean and comfy. We didn’t use the kitchen much but it was well equipped for cooking, had we chosen to. Our only complaint was trouble connecting to WiFi network provided in the ports but we ended up being able to through the turnkey free WiFi. Not a huge deal. I’d recommend this rental for a weekend or longer!

    Sweet condo

    Our stay in West Asheville was excellent! The condo was exactly as pictured, very clean upon arrival and in a great location; spacious, beautifully appointed and quiet. We loved that we could walk to restaurants, breweries, shopping and the River Arts District. We were on the move for 14 days straight between hiking and exploring...the location turned out to be perfect. Would highly recommend!

    Fantastic condo in a GREAT location

    What a fantastic place. The king sized bed mattress was incredibly comfortable, the huge Samsung TV`s and super fast internet were hassle-free and easy to use. The neighborhood is trendy with great shops and restaurants. I can`t say enough good things about this unit.     Clean, quiet and centrally located.

    We enjoyed the property, despite the proximity to the street, the bedroom is located at the back with no noise level. Great access to the arts district and downtown Asheville. There is also a nice park on the river front close by.

Only feedback: there are 20 flights of stairs to get to the condo once you enter the door, so not ideal for mobility impaired guests.Also, for a condo that sleeps 4, I would have expected 4 sets of towels (there were only 2), but we carry our own so this was not an issue - just observation.Check in and check out couldn’t be easier.     Spacious, modern condo

    We really enjoyed our stay here. Two days were just my boyfriend and I, and then my mom, cousin and 1 year old joined the next two. We all agreed we didn't feel cramped even when we were all there. The master is huge and the ceilings are high. The pull out was super comfortable, the king size bed was amazing. Walking distance to tons in West Asheville. My only suggestion would be to provide coffee for the coffee maker!

    We had an excellent stay at this property in Asheville. The apartment was modern, clean, and comfortable for working and relaxing. The Turnkey support was very responsive and helpful.     We greatly enjoyed our stay here. Modern, clean apartment in a fun neighborhood in Asheville. Would definitely stay at this property again when visiting Asheville.

    Pristine, modern, and a great location.

    Tons of space (the bedroom is gigantic) and practically brand new so everything is super clean and like brand new. The bulk of West Asheville shops/bars/restaurants are within a 1/2 mile to 1 mile walk, which we thought was great. Riverwalk area is about the same distance in the other direction, so you have both within a 20-ish minute walk (we actually walked to Downtown as well, although to be fair we had nothing but time and like walking). Would absolutely stay here again.

    Great stay!

    This place is well located with lots of space. Loved the kitchen and common areas, bed was comfortable and appliances very nice. Overall we loved it, unfortunately I hurt my foot so I struggled walking up the steep stairs so def an inconvenience for elders to stay. Also the heater unit is a bit loud when sleeping but wasn’t too bad. Overall nice and well located place, every detail was accounted for.
