Plaza Court is a historic two-story building dating back to the 1920s and listed on the historic registry. While preserving its original architectural charm—including its original hallway "milk doors"—the building has been thoughtfully updated to provide modern comforts for today's travelers.

Please note that, as a historic building, some original features and minor imperfections are part of its character. While our team is committed to keeping the property clean, comfortable, and well maintained, guests should expect the unique qualities that come with staying in a nearly century-old building rather than a newly constructed property.

A shared laundry room is available in the neighboring Plaza Court building at 1414 Austin St. and is located in the patio area.

Please note that the laundry facilities are operated by a third-party provider. While generally available, occasional maintenance or service interruptions may occur and are outside of our control.

TRASH DISPOSAL
✔ The dumpster is located in the alley beside the building.
✔ To access it, use the screen door at the end of the first-floor hallway, on the left when entering the property.
