Guests have full access to the entire condo — both bedrooms, bathrooms, living area, and kitchen — as well as all building amenities including the rooftop lounge and Peloton fitness room.



Self check-in via lockbox makes for a smooth, flexible arrival. Free parking is available in the dedicated guest lot behind the building, accessed off Douglass Ave.



The Neighborhood:

You're steps from the best of East Nashville — grab a coffee at All People Coffee or Momento Specialty Coffee, grab a beer at Southern Grist Brewing, or head to Redheaded Stranger for dinner. Highland Yards is just around the corner with more local dining and nightlife.

🚗 By car: Free guest parking is available in the lot behind the building off Douglass Ave. Downtown Broadway, Nissan Stadium, and the East Bank are less than 10 minutes away.



🚕 Rideshare: Uber and Lyft are widely available and the fastest way to get to Broadway or any downtown venue without worrying about parking.



🚶 On foot: The neighborhood is very walkable — coffee shops, restaurants, and bars are just steps from the front door.



🚲 By bike: The area has bike-friendly streets and Nashville's BCycle bike-share stations are nearby for easy two-wheeled exploring.
