Enjoy a spacious three bedroom country home on the rail trail and vast snow machine trail. Plenty of outdoor space in the fenced in yard which features a grill and fire pit for you to enjoy. The oversized living room, kitchen and dining room allow for plenty of space to spread out during your stay. Two bathrooms including a full bathroom with a washer and dryer. 25 minutes from Smugglers Notch and 45 to Jay Peak. 15 minutes from St Albans dining and activities.

The space
The house has shiny hardwood floors throughout. There’s a lot of sunlight that comes into the house in the rooms are bright and comfortable there are many couches and tables for sitting writing a reading the kitchen is big and spacious there’s a beautiful front porch it’s generally just a very comfortable nice house to be in

Guest access
Do you have access to every bit of the house the three bedrooms and bathroom upstairs the living room dining room and kitchen downstairs bathroom and the big backyard with the fire pit the front yard as well and the porch on the front you’ll have the whole house to yourself

This is a non smoking home any smoking will result in a $500 cleaning fee - this includes all smoking and vaping


The house is on a newly reworked section of the vast snowmachine trail they have put in new bridges worked on the road for about 36 to 40 miles in both directions is a great section of trail for snowmobiling biking hiking snowshoeing cross country skiing just generally getting out to enjoy with lots of rivers and water in the area there’s a covered bridge within a quarter mile and a swimming hole with two different trout streams you can also bring your ATV and ride down the main road it’s legal in town pretty much something for everybody here
