The Space:

Welcome to Ocean's 11, where the ocean is always the main event. Perched on Tyler Lane in one of Jekyll Island's most coveted beachfront neighborhoods, this thoughtfully renovated two-story home offers the perfect blend of laid-back coastal charm and elevated comfort — all steps from the water.



Step inside and you'll find two distinct living areas, each with its own personality. The lower level is your fun, casual retreat: exposed wood beam ceilings, shiplap walls, and a breezy open layout set the tone. Gather around the farmhouse-style picnic dining table, sink into plush seating in the living room, and notice the nautical ship's wheel on the wall — a nod to the seafaring spirit of the island. A wet bar with beverage fridge keeps drinks cold, and French doors open to the covered patio and fenced yard.



Head upstairs and the mood shifts to refined coastal luxury. The open-concept great room features a large smart TV and generous seating — perfect for cozy evenings after a beach day. The show-stopping chef's kitchen features a large quartz waterfall island, white shaker cabinets with gold hardware, stainless steel appliances, a beverage fridge, and elegant pendant lighting. The adjoining dining area with its eye-catching chandelier seats the whole group in style, with glass doors opening onto the upper deck.



Bedrooms:

Four well-appointed bedrooms sleep your group comfortably:



Primary Bedroom: King bed, upholstered headboard, bench seating, ceiling fan, plantation shutters, and smart TV

Bedroom 2: King bed, peaceful blue-green walls, exposed beam ceiling, workspace, and ceiling fan

Bedroom 3: Queen bed, exposed beam ceiling, workspace with monitor — perfect for the remote worker who still wants toes in the sand

Bedroom 4: Two queen beds, coastal blue walls, sea turtle artwork, and plantation shutters — ideal for kids or friends.



Bathrooms

Two full bathrooms, including one with a spa-like walk-in glass shower with bench and mosaic tile floor, and another with a tub/shower combo and granite vanity.



Outdoor Living

Ocean's 11 shines outside. The boardwalk winds through a canopy of live oaks and maritime forest right to the unspoiled Atlantic shoreline.



Two outdoor decks give you options. The upper deck offers a fire pit table, outdoor seating, and a gas grill — the ideal spot for morning coffee or evening cocktails with the sea breeze. The spacious lower covered patio provides shade and a cool retreat on warm afternoons.



The large, fenced backyard gives kids and pups room to roam, and an outdoor shower lets you rinse off after a beach day. A full-size washer and dryer means you can pack light.



Please note Jekyll Island is a state park and as part of conservation, there is a $10 per day parking fee collected at the time you enter the island. You can pay by cash or credit card.



If your stay is 3-21 nights long, you will receive a beach gear credit of $35/night.



Please note:

There is a $100 pet fee for those guests bringing dogs. We allow up to 2 dogs weighing no more than 60 lbs each. No cats.



Pack N Play and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.



Anything other than a regular vehicle may be prohibited or may not fit on the property. If you plan to bring a trailer, motorcycle, boat or any other commercial or recreational vehicle, please inquire with the host about whether this is allowed.



Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.



Guests must be at least 24 years old to book this property.



After booking we do require a rental agreement and rental form to be signed in order to stay at our home. We appreciate the understanding on this as we want to protect all parties involved!



Guest Access:

You are able to access the home anytime with a secure code on the electronic lock.

Guests enjoy miles of bike trails, the iconic Jekyll Island Club Historic District, award-winning restaurants, Georgia Sea Turtle Center, water sports rentals, golf, and some of the most uncrowded beaches on the East Coast. It's a short drive to Brunswick and about an hour from Savannah and Jacksonville.



Ocean's 11 isn't just a beach house — it's a winning hand. Come find out why guests keep coming back. You also can get to the Holiday Inn pool (pool pass provided) within 3 minutes. You are 5 minutes from the Jekyll shops, convention center and Summer Waves waterpark.



Getting Around:

You have several bike paths right by the home. In addition you can bring or rent a golf cart to travel around the island.



Other Things to Note:

For any stay 60 or more days, an additional cleaning fee of $175 will be added after booking. If the cleaning fee is unpaid 7 days prior to check-in, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund. 



For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.



Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!
