Great property

We enjoyed our time at this property. The location is great, and I appreciated having a covered parking spot. The management company did well at checking in throughout the stay.

This place was clean when we came in we were impressed that their wasn’t a hair in the tub which seems like something most places have when we show up. The guest services were attentive and easy to contact. The view was absolutely beautiful and breathtaking. The bed was comfortable and the perfect medium. Very impressed with this place will be coming back!

My husband and I were going to the Marble Falls area for two nights. All the hotels we looked at had outrageous prices--Holiday Inn Express was 208 per night! We stumbled on this property thru VRBO and LOVED it. We had never been in the Horseshoe Bay area just outside Marble Falls, but this 1-bedroom condo had a great view of both the resort-style pool and lovely Lake LBJ. The condo was nicely appointed. The only thing we would request is a grab bar in the shower. Otherwise... PERFECT.

Review of Overlooking the Bay

This is a nice home and suited our needs. Very clean and comfortable. There is construction going on nearby but this did not bother us because we were out most days. We enjoyed our stay and were very happy with the home.

Perfect accommodations

We enjoyed everything about this condo. It was clean and well stocked, spacious, lots of storage space for personal items, and a great location with beautiful view. The only thing I noticed that was incorrect is the description says a queen bed, but thankfully it was a king!

It’s great to know that the location and beautiful view added to your experience. We appreciate you pointing out the discrepancy regarding the bed size. The room was nice and clean, however the night stands were broken, and the bed was hard and uncomfortable. The pool card wasn't provided and the host did not reach out. Vbro management did, but only to tell me they understood I was having an issue, but no more ws done. Unfortunately, we booked a resort with amenities only to not be able to enjoy those amenities.
The pool we didn't get to use.

The previous guest took the pool access card which left us unable to utilize that amenity which was an expected part of what we were paying for. No accommodation was made to correct nor mitigate this failure.

Very nicely appointed condo with a view of both the lake and pool. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and various seasonings. Several lightbulbs were burnt out when we checked in and they were fixed quickly the next day. The pool is right outside the building and was never busy and there is a very nice grill in the pool area. The only complaint I can give is the 10 digit code to get inside the door. It was very persnickety and we would often have to key it in 4-5 times. Other than that, absolutely no complaints! Would stay again.

Everything is all outstanding!!! Exceptional supplies provided! Just had difficulty finding the condo. Maybe put a sign for building 5 and 6 to avoid confusion. Also, i understand several emails may be for security purposes but had to dig which email contain the information we need. Very minor and can be easily improved. Cannot prevent us from coming back though…

There’s multiple buildings on this property and there’s multiple garages so the instructions aren’t quite clear so it took us about 20 minutes to find the right garage for the right elevator so that we could get up to our condo. They communicated with us pretty quickly when we had issues. The second day we were there keypad code didn’t work so they had to send us another code and they were pretty prompt. One thing I expected with the rental was coffee pods to make coffee with the coffee maker they had.Every rental I’ve ever been in whether it’s a condo, a villa, a hotel or a home they always always always provide coffee to make the coffee. I looked in every drawer and every closet every pantry every cabinet.. no coffee. The TV and all the TV remotes were super delayed so it took like 10 minutes for Netflix or Hulu to finally pop up on the screen. It would just sit there and spin as if the Internet was just super slow and when you went to go change apps or reverse or rewind, it was like 2 Min delay in between each click. The delay was really long and that was on the TV in the bedroom and the TV in the living room. The provided body wash was completely empty and the hand soap that was provided in the bathroom was so diluted with water that it was pretty much useless as a soap. Not a big deal, but the lamp was burnt out on the right side bedside table. Bed was comfortable. It was a really nice condo minus the hiccups

Did Not Stay There!

I did not stay there. When I arrived the door lock keypad did not work. After 3 trys, I contacted the host, Vacasa. They had a lock box on the railing and had me get a key. Then after I opened the door, I tried the dead bolt and there wasn't one on the door. I contacted the host, they sent a person out, she agreed with me about not staying there because I couldn't lock the door, it was not safe!! I have pictures. Will add. Please credit me for this as I had to stay at a hotel. This is unacceptable for VRBO.
