Located right in the heart of the picturesque village of Liapades, on a side street next to the church, is this small, cozy, and recently and lovingly renovated self-catering house. It is a small, traditional two-story village house, approximately 60 m² in size. From the balcony, you can enjoy a fantastic panoramic view of the landscape, with its mountains stretching all the way to Mount Pantokrator. It’s two kilometers to the nearest natural beach, Rovinia, and the town’s main beach, Yefira Beach. The village square features a restaurant, cafes, and shops. And within a 10-minute walk toward the beach, you’ll find several supermarkets, restaurants, a moped rental shop, and a doctor’s office. The bus stop is about 10 minutes from the house; buses run from there to Corfu Town and the seaside resort of Paleokastritsa. A car is not absolutely necessary. If you want to go on excursions and explore the island’s many beaches, you should rent a car or scooter. On the main road, there is a pharmacy, a gas station, and a supermarket.
Guests are responsible for cleaning the house themselves during their stay. Weekly bed linen changes, towels, and final cleaning are included in the price.
Although final cleaning is included in the rental price, the house must be left clean upon departure, with furniture in its proper place and the kitchen cleaned.
Corfu is known as the evergreen island. Even in August, you can hike through green olive groves. The island is home to over 4 million olive trees, which cover one-third of the island. Liapades is located in the northwest of Corfu. The area is known for its many small, natural beaches and caves accessible only by water. It’s a wonderful spot for diving and snorkeling. Northern Corfu is known for its beautiful sandy beaches. By car or scooter, you can visit the various beaches or experience the spectacular sunsets in the west.
