Our standard rate is €70 per night and applies to up to 2 people. Each additional person is charged €30 per night. Rates include 7% sales tax. <br>In addition, there is a city tax. It amounts to 7.5% of the net rental price. This is due upon arrival.<br><br>Towels and bed linens are included in the price.<br><br>The minimum stay is 3–5 nights, depending on the season.<br><br>Berlin Oberschöneweide is a neighborhood in the Treptow-Köpenick district.<br><br>General information: <br><br>This vacation rental is ideal for families and visitors to Berlin who want quick access to the city but prefer not to stay right in the city center. <br>The apartment is located in the historic Gründerzeit district of Schöneweide. A Berlin neighborhood situated between water and forest. Old industrial architecture invites you to explore, and the banks of the Spree are perfect for strolling. The city center can be reached by car in about 20 minutes. By public transportation, the trip takes about 30 minutes. The tram runs about 100 meters away and takes 7 minutes to reach the Schöneweide S-Bahn station. Several bakeries, bistros, pubs, restaurants, supermarkets, and other shops are within walking distance.<br>The HTW University of Applied Sciences is also located here. A large, park-like wooded area—the Wuhlheide—is a 5-minute walk away. The Wuhlheide is also home to one of Germany’s largest children’s recreation centers—the FEZ—and the Kindl concert stage. <br>The well-known district of Köpenick, with its beautiful old town and famous town hall, is a 10-minute ride away by tram or car. There are many bars here, as well as opportunities for day trips to the surrounding area or steamboat cruises on the lakes and rivers of Berlin and Brandenburg.<br><br>Vacation Rental Benky 1:<br><br>The vacation rental is located in a residential area with apartment buildings. It is on the first floor and measures approximately 50 square meters. It features a spacious studio with a living, sleeping, and dining area. The studio includes a double bed and a sleeper sofa.<br>There is a separate kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, tea kettle, and toaster. <br>Another small bedroom opens onto the backyard and is furnished with a 1.40 m wide bed.<br>The bathroom is small but nice and has a shower.<br>There are 4 full sleeping accommodations, which can be increased to 6 upon request by using the sleeper sofa in the studio. <br>The TV receives broadcast network channels. Netflix is also available. <br>If needed, a travel crib and high chair can be provided. <br>The kitchenette is equipped with a fridge-freezer, 2 induction burners, a coffee maker, a tea kettle, a toaster, and a microwave. <br><br>Apartment 1 and Apartment 2 are adjacent to each other and can be connected upon request. This allows a family of up to 10 people to stay, provided both apartments are available at the same time. <br><br>Guests are welcome to use the small playground in the courtyard. <br><br>Free parking is available on the surrounding streets.
