Swedish red vacation home "Isi" - Beach 500m - Holiday home on the Baltic Sea

You’ll be renting a family-friendly, traditional Swedish-red wooden vacation home—a semi-detached house on the Mecklenburg Baltic Sea coast. The two semi-detached houses have separate entrances and face different directions. The vacation home is approximately 55 square meters in size and features modern amenities. The house is located in a relatively new vacation home community with good infrastructure.

On the first floor, next to the bathroom and the open kitchen, there is a cozy living and dining area. Large windows let the sun stream in, and a sofa and two recliners invite you to relax in front of the TV (satellite TV). Floor-to-ceiling curtains block out prying eyes or sunlight.

The open, spacious kitchen is perfect for self-catering and is equipped with everything you need on vacation: dishwasher, oven, stove with oven and glass-ceramic cooktop, range hood, sink, electric kettle, coffee maker,
toaster, pots, dishes, and utensils for 6 people. You’ll also find a dining table in the open living area.

The bathroom is equipped with a window, toilet, heated towel rack, and a shower.

The two cozy bedrooms are located on the upper floor under the sloped ceiling. The master bedroom features a built-in bed with two 90-cm single mattresses and open shelves. In the second bedroom, you’ll find two 90-series built-in beds and two small dressers. There is a clothes rack in the stairwell.

The bedding provided consists of cotton, down, and feathers. We can provide allergy-friendly bedding upon request. All beds are made up with fresh fitted sheets. Please bring standard-size bedding for all beds (1.40 x 2.00 for the duvets and 0.80 x 0.80 for the pillows). You are welcome to book our laundry service. Upon arrival, your beds will already be made, and shower and hand towels will be provided. We charge 20 EUR per person for this service.

The half of the vacation home includes a small lawn, a covered patio, and a parking space. In the summer, you’ll find patio furniture and a grill on the patio.

The cottage is heated by electric radiators using clean, green electricity. There is a radiator in every room. The costs for electricity, water, and Wi-Fi are already included in the listed rental price. All utility costs are included—you’re booking at a fixed price!

The vacation rental is suitable for 1–4 people; a maximum of one extra bed (either a guest bed or a travel crib) is available. Pets are not allowed. Smoking inside the house is not permitted.
