Guests have access to the entire second-story townhouse and garage. The first floor features the garage, a game area, and one of the full bathrooms, while the living area is located entirely on the second floor. There are no interior stairs within the unit, as all living spaces are on a single level.

There is on-site parking for 1 car in the garage and 1 in the first-come, first-served shared parking lot. The shared driveway is available for loading and unloading only.

Pool access requires check-in with Seacrest Beach guest services for wristbands.



Rosemary Beach is known for its charming streets, boutique shops, and a wide range of dining options. Enjoy the serene white-sand beaches or explore nearby trails and parks. For families, there are plenty of activities including bike rentals, paddleboarding, and local events.



This property is located within walking distance of beaches and restaurants. Parking is limited, but bike rentals are a popular and convenient way to explore the area. The West portion of the island does not have public bus stops but there is a seasonal tram to take to the beach.



We are offsite but available when needed. Please message us through the app or booking platform for the quickest response.



There are 2 security cameras. One at the front door and one on the shared staircase.



Please note: Construction is currently taking place at the back of the property. The completion timeline is still to be determined (TBD), and guests may experience some construction-related noise during their stay.

This home uses keyless entry for self-check-in; your door code is sent by email and text 2 weeks (or less) prior to arrival. Early check-in and late check-out are available upon request (subject to availability). Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.

Getting Around:

Alys Beach is one of the most walkable and bike-friendly areas on 30A, and many guests love exploring the eastern corridor by bike using the Timpoochee Trail (30A’s bike path). A vehicle is still recommended for grocery runs, beach hopping, and day trips across South Walton, but you can comfortably plan plenty of “leave the car parked” days here.



Traveling to/around the area, explore by foot, by bike, or by car:

• Walking works well for many dining and shopping outings in Alys Beach and nearby areas, especially if you’re staying close to 30A.

• Biking is one of the best ways to experience 30A, use the Timpoochee Trail for scenic rides to Rosemary Beach, Seacrest Beach, and beyond.

• A car is recommended for larger grocery runs, exploring multiple beach towns, and day trips to Destin or Panama City Beach.

• Rideshares may be available, though wait times can vary during peak season and event weekends.

No smoking. No parties or events. Maximum occupancy of 11 guests. Minimum age of primary renter is 25 years. Check-in at 4:00 PM, check-out at 10:00 AM. Quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.



• Animals/Pets, No Pets: This is a no pets property. A $150/day fee will apply for violations, and you may be asked to vacate the premises with no refund (at the discretion of Portoro). Portoro follows ADA guidelines, and any additional community or HOA rules may apply.



Interaction with Guests:

Our goal is to make sure your stay exceeds expectations from start to finish. Portoro Homes communicates by email and phone, and once your booking is confirmed, we’ll email your rental agreement for e-signature. Check-in instructions are sent by email and text message prior to arrival, and we offer convenient self check-in. During your stay, we’ll typically check in by text once or twice to ensure a 5-star experience, and we’re available 24/7 if any questions come up. After checkout, we’ll follow up—we’re excited to hear about your stay and welcome any feedback.
