Welcome aboard Hargrave Heritage, a beautifully maintained 1978 Hatteras Motor Yacht—one of the most iconic yacht designs ever produced. Created by famed naval architect Jack Hargrave, this yacht represents the golden era of American yacht building and offers a rare opportunity to stay aboard a true classic. This yacht stay combines the charm of vintage craftsmanship with modern amenities. You’ll enjoy privacy of the entire yacht while having access to the facilities of the condominium complex. Inside, you’ll find a beautifully appointed salon (living room) designed for relaxation, along with a fully equipped galley (kitchen) and a cozy dinette—perfect for enjoying meals together. The outdoor spaces truly make this yacht special. The spacious forward deck offers comfortable seating where you can unwind during the day and take in breathtaking stargazing at night—an ideal setting for a romantic evening. Above, the flybridge provides an elevated seating area with sweeping panoramic views of the lake, making it the perfect spot to relax and soak in the scenery. Whether you're enjoying the classic vintage interior or the stunning outdoor decks, the Hargrave Heritage yacht offers an unforgettable and luxurious experience on the water. Hargrave Heritage is a classic 53’ Hatteras yacht offering an authentic nautical stay in a private marina. Staterooms and bathrooms are smaller than hotels, showers should be kept short, and drains may run slower — this is normal for yachts. On windy days, you may feel gentle movement even while securely moored.

Boarding is easy, but guests must use handrails when stepping on/off the yacht and when walking around the deck.

The marina is in a fantastic walkable area with restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby, Aventura Mall minutes away, and the beach just a 10–15 minute drive.

If you love unique stays, waterfront living, and a touch of adventure, you’ll love this experience.

Welcome aboard my Hatteras 53 Yacht, a classic icon of American craftsmanship.
For more than 26 years, I’ve lived and breathed the boating lifestyle as a yacht sales professional and licensed captain. This vessel isn’t just a yacht, it’s a lifetime of stories, sunsets, and sea breezes. Now, I’m opening her doors to guests who want to experience the elegance, serenity, and romance of life on the water.
Inside, you’ll find the unmistakable charm of a true Hatteras: warm wood finishes, spacious lounges, and the kind of thoughtful design that invites you to slow down and savor every moment. Mornings feel different here—coffee tastes better on the aft deck, and sunrises seem to linger just a little longer. Evenings bring their own magic as the marina lights shimmer across the water and the yacht becomes your private retreat.
Because I live right where the yacht is docked, I’m always close by to ensure your stay is seamless and comfortable. Whether you’re here to unwind, celebrate, reconnect, or simply try something new, I’m here to help you make the most of it. And for guests who are curious about boating, I’m always happy to share insights or offer guidance on good boat handling skills—something I’ve enjoyed teaching for years.
