GUEST ACCESS

Guests have private access to the entire residence and shared access to:

Amenity hours and availability may change due to building operations or maintenance. Short-term guests may access shared amenities but cannot reserve private spaces.

REGISTRATION AND CHECK-IN

Advance registration is mandatory. Full names and government-issued IDs for all guests must be provided before arrival and presented at check-in.

Check-in is strictly between 4:00 PM and 11:00 PM. Although the front desk operates 24 hours, guest check-in service ends at 11:00 PM, and arrivals after that time cannot be accommodated.

Guests receive a physical key fob for access to the building, residence, and amenities.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

• Check-in starts at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM
• Early check-in and late check-out require prior approval, are subject to availability, and have an additional fee
• Unauthorized late checkout is charged at $70 per additional hour
• A lost or unreturned key fob is subject to a $200 replacement fee
• No smoking inside the residence, on the balcony, or in shared areas
• No pets, parties, events, or unauthorized guests
• Violations may result in additional deep-cleaning or damage charges
• Quiet hours are overnight from 10:00 PM until 8:00 AM
• Food deliveries must be collected in the lobby; vendors cannot access residential floors
• The building does not accept packages for short-term guests
• Luggage storage is not available
• A starter supply of basic essentials is provided; guests may need to restock during longer stays
