Experience the beautiful Münsterland park landscape with its wide range of recreational activities at this historic Westphalian estate, which is idyllically situated in the countryside away from the road, yet not far from Telgte, Ostbevern, and Münster—with their shops, restaurants, and everything you could need. Here you can breathe in the fresh country air, marvel at old orchards, sheep, peacocks, chickens, and horses, go for hikes, read, have barbecues, and enjoy long bike rides.
The old farmhouse, barns, meadows, and outbuildings are slowly waking up from their slumber and have not yet been fully renovated. Sheep, donkeys, horses, chickens, peacocks, runner ducks, and two friendly dogs also live here.
Fresh eggs can be purchased directly on the farm.
A nearby organic farm offers fresh milk, yogurt, and cream for sale on-site.
Of course, there are many opportunities to get injured on the farm grounds, so entering the farm buildings and grounds is not permitted, and we cannot accept liability for any accidents.
The farm is easily accessible by car or bike via a private paved road. The R13 bus stop is just a short walk away. Free parking is available right on the grounds.
The apartment has its own entrance door with a key box, behind which a staircase leads to the first floor.
A maximum of two dogs are welcome; I charge 8 euros per day per dog, and they must be kept on a leash in the outdoor area. Of course, on a farm there are many opportunities to get injured, and we can only ensure that the guest area is as safe as possible.
The old farmhouse, barns, other buildings, and unsecured outdoor areas are therefore off-limits to guests. We assume no liability for accidents.
Two farm dogs sometimes roam freely on the property.
Animals may only be fed with prior permission.
