The main-level king primary suite offers single-level access and a luxurious en-suite with soaking tub and tiled shower. Upstairs, a queen en-suite bedroom provides privacy and comfort, while the kids will absolutely love the bunk room — twin-over-queen plus twin-over-twin bunks, a cozy reading nook, and oversized papasan chairs!

Outside is where the magic happens — fire up the gas grill, gather around the outdoor fireplace, lounge in the hammocks, or challenge the family to a horseshoe tournament on the 1.5-acre homesite. Rain or shine, the covered screened porch and outdoor living area keep the fun going. End every evening soaking in the extra-large hot tub under a sky full of stars!

The Great Camp: The heart of the community! It features a BBQ pavilion, amphitheater (home to the summer concert series), mini-golf, a playground for the kids, and the "Toy Barn" which houses a convenient 24/7 General Store for basic supplies.

Epic Chophouse: Opened in 2025, this on-site fine dining destination offers incredible steaks, seafood, and cocktails with panoramic mountain views. Note: Reservations are highly recommended.

Eagles Nest Winery: Sip world-class wines in a stunning converted barn with sweeping views. Guest Note: Day passes are available for purchase (~$25) for guests 16+.

Sports & Recreation: Stay active with access to the North Pavilion (basketball/pickleball courts, ball fields, dog park) and the new Camp Eagles Nest (tennis, disc golf, and fishing ponds).

Hiking & UTV Trails: Miles of scenic trails wind through the property. Want to ride? Guests can rent UTVs/ATVs from the on-site partner, Off Road Adventures (personal ATVs are not permitted).

Winter Travel Note: Roads are plowed, but 4WD/AWD is required from Nov–March due to steep grades and snow.

Some Notes and Tips:
Gate Access: You will need a pass/code for the main gate, which will be provided before Check-in

Access Restrictions: The Fitness Center and locked portions of the Sportsman’s Lodge are normally Owner Only unless your specific membership allows you to pass that access to guests. Please ask if you have any questions on this.

Construction: Since it is a growing community, there is occasional construction that may be visible during the day.
