The boat is set up for a comfortable and fun stay with WiFi, music, paddle boards, a BBQ grill, a fridge, a half bathroom, and a working hot-water shower on board. Guests can relax by the marina, enjoy the water, listen to music, and enjoy the peaceful feeling of staying right on the water.

One of the best parts of this experience is the location. The boat is docked on Shark River, known for its calm water, beautiful views, and incredible sunset scenery. Guests can even fish right from the boat, making it a great stay for anyone who loves the water, fishing, boating, or simply relaxing outdoors.

You are also in a great Jersey Shore location — just 5 minutes from the Belmar Boardwalk, about 10 minutes from Asbury Park, and only a 2-minute walk from Sunsets Restaurant, a local waterfront spot with food, drinks, and live music on weekends. There is a full bathroom on board, and the shower works perfectly with heated water for comfortable showers. For solid waste, we recommend using the marina’s portable restroom facilities to help keep the boat system clean and comfortable for everyone.

Important Boat Stay Notice

Please keep in mind this is a real boat docked at a marina. The vessel may move naturally with the water, wind, and nearby boat traffic. Guests must be comfortable walking on docks and stepping on and off the boat. If you are prone to seasickness, uncomfortable with boat movement, or have trouble getting on and off a dock or vessel, this may not be the right stay for you.

House Rules

No fires or open flames on the boat. Guests must respect marina rules, quiet hours, safety guidelines, and the boat itself. Please treat the space with care so every guest can enjoy a clean, comfortable experience.

I received an email about having to use a portable potty while driving to boat. The air conditioner was broken and the boat was not clean. The host did give me a full refund. Still disappointed we drove over an hour just to have to drive another hour back home.

SO GLAD WE DID NOT HOST THIS GUEST! Unfortunately, this guest was dishonest from the moment they arrived. They claimed the AC was not working, which was not true, and then made additional claims that the boat was not clean. Based on the way the situation was handled and the inaccurate statements being made, we’re extremely relieved that we did not move forward with hosting this guest.

So my review actually isn’t about the cleanliness, the location, or the comfort. This is completely about the audacity of the host. We were contacted outside of Verbo from a man who wasn’t even the host claiming that he needed to give us some extra details about our stay. What are the details you ask? We were told that there was no actual running water on the boat. Meaning we would have to use a camp style bucket to shower and a porta potty that was on the dock to use the bathroom. Apparently this is perfectly acceptable for a 500 a night stay. We were told this on the busiest holiday weekend of the year with less than 24 hours to find a new place to stay when I contacted the host to get a refund he did not reply. And I’ve had to go through Verbo to get Assistance and getting my money back. Not only did this host cause extreme stress for our weekend getaway, but so far he’s also been unresponsive to my message.

Some of my favorite moments are spent sleeping on the boat, waking up on the water, and enjoying the peaceful marina lifestyle.

I created this experience because I wanted guests to enjoy that same feeling — something different, relaxing, and memorable. Whether you’re here for a quiet getaway, sunset views, fishing, music, or a fun Jersey Shore weekend, I want you to feel comfortable, welcome, and excited to experience sleeping on the water.

The boat is docked in a beautiful waterfront marina area on Shark River, surrounded by peaceful water views, boats, sunsets, and the relaxing Jersey Shore atmosphere. It’s a great spot for guests who want to enjoy the marina lifestyle while still being close to beaches, restaurants, nightlife, and local attractions.

You can relax right by the water, fish from the boat, paddle board, enjoy music, grill, or take a short walk to nearby waterfront dining. Sunsets Restaurant is just about a 2-minute walk from the boat and offers food, drinks, and live music on weekends.

The location is also very convenient. You’re about 5 minutes from the Belmar Boardwalk and around 10 minutes from Asbury Park, where you’ll find beaches, restaurants, bars, shopping, live entertainment, and classic Jersey Shore nightlife.
