The apartment is located on the first floor with a view of the beach and the sea and consists of three rooms and two terraces. It is very bright and furnished in a modern style. From the large living room, which features a new leather sofa set, a dining area, satellite TV, and a radio, a small staircase leads to the terrace with a beach chair and wooden patio furniture; from here, you can see the beach and the sea. The living area also features a kitchenette with a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop and oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. A double bedroom with a closet and satellite TV is also oriented toward the beach.

To the west is the bedroom with a large double bed, a closet, a dresser, a satellite TV, and a terrace with a wooden floor and garden furniture; a second window faces north. Right next to the bedroom is the large, bright, high-quality shower room with a toilet and a large window facing west.
