From here, you can reach the idyllic harbor, the twin windmills, and the town center—with its historic house facades and picturesque 17th-century alleys—in just a few minutes. There you’ll also find a wide selection of restaurants and shops that invite you to linger. The wellness center, the children’s playground, and the playhouse are also nearby.

This allergy-friendly vacation home (non-smoking) features 3 bedrooms: 2 double beds (2x 90x2m on the first floor and upper floor) plus 2 single beds (90x2m on the upper floor). The bedrooms are equipped with exterior blinds and fly screens. From the children’s room, you have a wonderful view of the canal. The children’s room also has a second TV (81 cm). The floors in the bedrooms are laminate. The house has 2 bathrooms with showers (one on the first floor and the other on the upper floor). The shower has a low threshold. Both upstairs bedrooms have a TV outlet for a TV you might bring along.

The first floor is fully tiled and has underfloor heating. The large, light-filled living-dining room is tastefully furnished. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, coffee maker, Senseo machine, electric kettle, toaster, microwave, egg cooker, oven, refrigerator with a large freezer compartment, hand blender, baking pans, and much more.

There is a micro hi-fi system with CD/MP3/USB; the TV (satellite) is equipped with a slot for pay TV (please bring your own card).

There is an iron, ironing board, clothes rack, and a hair dryer. The bathroom on the first floor has a washer and dryer.

Fly screens are installed in the living/dining area as well as in the bathroom.

The terrace is furnished and includes 6 garden chairs and a parasol.

A garden shed (e.g., for storing your bicycles) is included with the house.
In addition, a shared dock on the canal is available for use.

A parking space is located at the house.

During the Easter and fall breaks, this property is available for rent for stays of five nights or more with no fixed check-in day.

Thanks to its proximity to the North Sea and the East Frisian Islands, the vacation home is the ideal starting point for relaxation and a variety of excursions.
